I found a small bug. When paired with the Mo'Creatures mod, the leather tunic skin for some reason changes to the skin for the amulet of Vishnu from this mod. I confirmed with only those two mods installed.
When i updated my world to 1.4, all the villages no longer have any of the blocks that are custom to this mod. Thatch, cross timber frame, all of it is just gone!!! i can still see them in my creative mode menu, but everywhere they were in my save they are gone, is there any way to fix this???
This was covered a couple of pages ago - try switching your texture pack to any other (doesn't need to be Millenaire compatible), then switch back to Default. That seems to work for people so far.
works fine, but the villages spawn in the new biomes?
I've been working on updating the biomes for ExtraBiomesXL, some of the names are out of date and so don't work. I'm also trying to balance it so the cultures spawn with roughly equal frequency (Norman and Hindi slightly more than Mayan and Japanese, to account for the greater number of village types in those cultures). If people are interested and Kinniken doesn't mind, I'll upload my modified culture files to the Millenaire Library of user generated content.
Next I'm hoping to add the extra biomes to the Creation Quest.
I assumed you new about the other links to it. Anyway it works fine. What internet browser are you using.
I already know about the other links, all I want for the "single player" the Millenaire 3.2.1 for 1.4.2 (Take note that I'm not the only one experiencing this problem)
Using Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer (last resort on Internet Explorer after multiple tries on the last two) and it didn't download properly.. The download speed drops midway (continuously until it stops the download) of the download. Whenever I tried the pause and resume timing thing on the time when the download speed drops, it will suddenly finish the download on it's own (incomplete download)..
Lastly I solved the problem by having one of my friends (in Russia) to download it and upload it in "zippyshare". That way I don't have to suffer (wait) any longer..
P.S. We already deleted the upload (in respect for the mod creator) that way others will do it on their own circle "or" complain here, that way you'll know that there are others waiting "or" doing something for a better solution on their own..
I'm having a strange glitch here with Millenaire-- it happened both in 3.2.0 and 3.2.1
Basically, the map generates up to a point, then freezes. Trying to leave the game gives the 'shutting down internal server' screen, and it freezes for good. Millenaire works perfect in multiplayer though, making me wonder if this is just a problem with the map generation.
Tell me Which link you tried to download from so i can help you i asked before but you keeped on complaining.
Yeah but the Khanda sword was actually made in india and has survived for 2000 years. That is the sword the should be implemented.
I didn't know the Khanda sword. And I feel lucky to know that sword.
I live in Japan and I usually hear that Katana and Damascus sword are the bests of sword all over the world, these swords' structure like tank's composite armor.
I think two swords should exist in each civilizaitions.
Now nordic sword is too storong, so I think other civilizaition's weapon sould be more strong.
And nordic sword is too expensive, so I want cheaper weapons of Nordic.
And I thought Tachi's cost-performance is less than Nordic sword, because Tachi's critical depend on luck.
I think Tachi's abbility should change enhance jumping critical damege.
PS:Japanese culture
Imogayu is a famous food in Japan in Heian Period (Heian Period is 8th ~ 12th century).
Imogayu is Japanese Yam porridge with Amatsuru (Amatsuru is sweetener).
Japanese famous novelist Ryunosuke Akutagawa write a novel whose title is Imogayu.
That novel describes a poverty administrator's life.
In Heiankyo which is the capital of Japan in Heian Period, Sakenotukasa which is a administrative institution makes Sake which is rice wine.
Doujikiri Yasutsuna is the most major tachi in Heian Period.
This sword has a regend that Yorimitsu Minamoto who is a samurai of Genji killed an orge with this sword.
Doujikiri Yasutsuna is a national treasure and only one , but tachi whose name is Yasutsuna is not only one.
Tachi's or Katana's name is the name of the man who makes this tachi or katana.
So tachis whose names are Yasutsuna are all made by Yasutuna.
In fact seven Yasutsunas are listed on Japanese wikipedia's Yasutuna page.
And these seven Yasuysunas are existing now, So there are more Yasutsunas in Heian Period.
Yes me too, you should create a new wolrdmap and delete the old map . I believe that is the better thing. Your time spend in it is lost.
When I approach this point the mistake appears and the client closes. And I need create a new name to play at the old worldmap.
or no go to the error point
Thats the problem Veri. It IS a new map. Three maps so far, I still have one of them though.
I've installed 3.2.1 on a home server and computers I use to play with my son. We've been having a lot of fun playing this mod. Everyone involved have really done a good job on this. Thank you.
The first town we found was an Indian town that we worked with for a long time until there was a raid event. I went out to fight the raiders, three of them, killed them only to find that the villagers are still holed up in the town hall and will not leave.
Looking more closely I see that there are four raiders listed with the fourth person listed as 'Incoming' but this raider has never showed up. I've restarted the server, the clients, waited 10+ minecraft days, scoured the desert looking for this wayward raider but haven't found any sign of him. I've found what I think the raiders base tower was and seached every path from that base to the town but there isn't any raider that I can find.
This is similar to a bug listed on the bug report page for 3.1.6 so it is possible that is is a variation on that.
When a raid happens between a Mayan (Attacker) and a Norman (Defender) village, the Mayans that are going to attack the village froze just outside the Norman village. For a few seconds they can move, another few seconds they will froze, and in another few seconds they will return back to their position a few seconds ago. When the Mayans is frozen, they cannot be attacked. And this keeps happening on and on. The Norman villagers are still waiting for the Mayans to attack at their Town Hall. Therefore, nothing is being produced at the Norman village. Nothing at all. Is there anyway to stop a raid? This happens to my world. Is the distance between the villages too far apart causing this? They are approximately 285 metres apart.
I've looked through all the config files on the server and clients for Millenaire hoping that I could change a flag or setting to get the Indian village back to normal life without success.
Any ideas on how I can either kill this ghost raider that is holding up the village, stop the raid event in some way or otherwise get on with life in this town?
Crash! This with the Basic components from Universal Electricity installed. Note this crash if fixable if I raise the priority level or Millenaire with ID Resolver (a great tool, btw, for those of you with id conflicts).

Hi, I just installed this mod and created a new world. Everything was fine and I was searching for a village. I found one and saw it generate but after that my game just continuously lags non-stop and everything is choppy even if I move far away from the village. Why does this happen?
In my Norman Village, the bookshelves are out of stock. Will they ever come in to stock naturally or will I have to sell it to them (which would be dumb)?
This was covered a couple of pages ago - try switching your texture pack to any other (doesn't need to be Millenaire compatible), then switch back to Default. That seems to work for people so far.

Yep! Millenaire's villages spawn in ExtrabiomesXL's custom biomes.
I've been working on updating the biomes for ExtraBiomesXL, some of the names are out of date and so don't work. Ok, we will fix that.
Thank you so much.
