Robert1556 sent me this file. It's the mod, updated for 1.3.2. It doesn't work for me however, it crashes the game after launching a rocket. Maybe it can be of use to someone, since he sais it does work for him.

Please, this mod is excellent, and it needs to be updated! Lots of celebrations could be done with this, and it is just simply marvelous. Please update it! You'd make a lot of people happy.
BTW, please don't wait for Mojang to release Minecraft with this "Supported Mod API" thing. We can't just sit around waitin for it. POST AN UPDATE!

Ok so well I am definitely not technical at all, but it still won't work.
I have been trying for over three days.
I need help.
So do we download it to a new jar or the one with the moddownloader in it. And do we just drag the whole zip folder in the jar or a specific folder in the jar. ergggg. Please help me.
I mean I did download it, but the craft table is not creating it, so I am assuming I downloaded something wrong. ._____.
Can anyone read? It was for 1.2.4, long before the fireworks and now its outdated. Stopsaying that they have vanilla fireworks and stop trying to install and play it!
Would anyone mind porting the firework effects to bukkit, to use the vanilla firework particles, so it is vanilla client compatible, but everything else from this mod apart from the block. maybe even change the behaviour of vanilla fireworks to this?
can u send him your crash report to see if he can fix it?
Also be sure to check out my second YouTube channel for all sorts of cool projects.
