Changing code to make it camping mod instead of tent mod

6 cloth and type of terrain in corner with out stuff inside tent
3 cloth, type of terrain in corner and work stuff at bottom that fills tent with stuff
Adding Tent pieces blocks to stop people getting free items :smile.gif:
9 wools = Tent wool piece
crafting,furncace,chest, bed and torches = Tent item piece or somthing like that
Adding camouflag tents
Snow
Desert
Maybe jungle if i can get wool to change colour :smile.gif:
Adding type block to same camouflage to ground when repacking tent
Digging out opposite side of tent for bed area
Making Designs for
Tent Doors
Camp fire

you have to wait for a generated box then copy the code and then it lets you download, im going to change were i host my mod once i get back at 6 ish to somewhere like dropbox make it easier to download and host :smile.gif:
I was just thinking that if you can do igloo shape for snow biome then the desert biome should be a pyramid. That would be totally awesome. Maybe even re-use the pyramid shape but with wool color for a teepee for a plains biome. Although i'm not sure if a plains biome even registers separately from woods. Anyways, awesome work so far!

I've installed ModLoader v5 with side grass fix and some of my mods aren't working. This tent mod and the CCTV mod are both messed up.
I was just thinking that if you can do igloo shape for snow biome then the desert biome should be a pyramid. That would be totally awesome. Maybe even re-use the pyramid shape but with wool color for a teepee for a plains biome. Although i'm not sure if a plains biome even registers separately from woods. Anyways, awesome work so far!

it would cook food, and have a storage of 8 spaces where it would put the food when done cooking, and then cycle to the next one.
it would last as long as it took to burn an entire bucket of lava, but only be able to cook food.
would light flammable blocks adjacent to it on fire.
it burns it's self out and destroys itself

and as for the actual tents, this mod is exactly what i need.

Thanks dude a lot of good ideas about the camp fire, im thinking of it being like a furnace that looks like a camp fire and only cooks food :smile.gif:

Yes.. let the campfire cook just food.. but, let it be feeded with sticks.. So it won't be totaly unuseful...
Well.. add it posibility to fire nearby things, and make its light level constant on sticks number.. (for example if feeded with atleast 64 sticks it will be the max light level, but if feeded just with 13 sticks it will have a low one). Also that'd be cool to feed fire with paper, but with a lower burning time.
And let the bonfire have ability to cook even ores.. that'd be more useful than campfire, but much bigger.

The new items are almost finished just adding the recipe to each item then I'll start on the camo's should take few hours to make :tongue.gif: and I'll update my first post tonight make it less messy and easy to read and should have this mod ready tonight or tomorrow :smile.gif:
*the texture for each items wont be permanent will make better ones in future :smile.gif: might design a tent bag :tongue.gif: look even better :tongue.gif:

hiya i think it could be a block id clash, if you open .minecraft folder and open modloader text file and scroll down till something looks out of place should tell you the error if you cant understand it just send the text file to me in a pm and I'll try and help :smile.gif:
What you should do is maybe try and change stairs into the different block type e.g: sand stair, grass stairs. Then you could have the tent not be as wide and look a little better. Other than that great mod! A diamond for you XD

I did everything i could think of to break the mod in-game. Seems to work great and i fully support the camping mod (Im an Eagle Scout) The only thing i can think of to do is to make it if you break any part of the tent (walls, poles, chest, ...) to make the whole thing degrade back into the tent box. Currently you can destroy the entire tent and still have a working portable pop up one. Another thing to think about is to try and make the chest inside remember what is put in it. (Broke the tent down a few times and ended up with like 6 beds.) But that may involve another block id and/or making the tent boxes not stack able.

amazing idea love being under water and it could stop mobs getting in unless you got mo creatures then best swim fast from the sharks :tongue.gif:, lapis lazuli block would look nice as a tent under water :smile.gif: might make few underwater tents to see what their like :tongue.gif: i could do this after i made camouflage tents and add wooden doors so theirs an air pocket till i make my own tent doors :smile.gif:

What ways did you try to break it :smile.gif:, thank you i tried my best to make camping great :tongue.gif: well I've been adding new items like tent poles, tent coversheet, tent equipment so should make destroying the tent less profitable :smile.gif: ya im still having trouble with the bed winning so far :/ ya might be quite difficult to get the chest to remember whats inside but if i keep improving this tent one day you never know could happen :tongue.gif:
