I don't think you did? dis you install modopener (or whatever its called) it is required. assuming you did and put the reddust to the right of the blue dimond like thing, IDK

This is literally one of the best mods ever, and now that it has pretty much everything you could ever want/need to make a portal map, I'm looking forward to seeing epic remakes and custom maps, I might even take a stab at making one myself.
You definitely deserve many internet ego points for your hard work and the outstanding outcome.
Would it be possible for the HEP launcher to have a setting where it does a loop of some sorts automatically? Because I don't believe there's a predefined amount of time the HEP will last before it burns out, so it will be hard to make it loop with redstone, if you understand what I'm saying.

The HEP does burn out if it bounces too many times or moves for like a minute. The launcher does not send a new one unless it receives redstone power again, which makes it hard to set it up so that it sends a new one every time the HEP dies. I'm thinking of just hooking up my launchers to nice, slow redstone repeater clocks and seeing how that works.

I'm not sure if it's a bug or intended, but if you constantly power a launcher with redstone, it will shoot pellets on time until one is caught. You'll never have a pellet when you're not supposed to.
EDIT: Wait, what the hell? It worked yesterday.
EDIT2: Nope, still works. One of this launcher's pellets had already been caught. I destroyed the catcher and now it's launching them properly again.

Any non solid block (water, lava, glass) and not completely whole block can't have portals placed on them. Think of minecart tracks and ladders, about the same rules apply.

If i do do this, It would take another block ID, and most likely can power forever, Sounds pretty simple to do, but i'll focus on other stuff for now and let the redstone we have now dominate.

- Lives for a minute..
The HEP launcher begins to prep up for a new one 1 second later then it another second later it fires.
so.. yeah.
Onion: if you put it in a clock you'll have several HEPS at a time, and when one of them blows up another will be launched, you might end up having some scary deathtrap lol.

Its intended, I didn't want HEPs all over the place so i made it behave like the one in Portal only when there's constant redstone power supplied. You can launch another by cutting off the power and restoring it, lol... Don't have to destroy the catcher..

when i change .properties file to make portals unplaceable on obsidian it doesn't work. also second grid mode which kills mobs doesn't work. i've double checked everything, installed modloader, audiomod, portalgun 1.4 on fresh minecraft.jar and changed settings in .properties file and still portals can be placed on obsidian and emancipation grid only closes portals (it doesn't kill mobs or destroy storage cubes
plz fix it because my house is now unsafe to stay in
if you do i'll give you
two reasons can be for this:
did you forget to put the properties in the bin?
or you are just maybe one of the few people that got the failing properties file.. try downloading it again.
