Just for the guys asking:
This mod can't be modLoader'd properly, as it's sole purpouse is to modify a single value in a base file.
ModLoader enables Mods to do basic stuff like adding new blocks without modifying base files.
Thus, he can't turn this one into a ModLoader mod.
(Adding a new creeper would go into ModLoader category, though.)

This mod increases the time for creepers to explode so if your near a creeper it takes more time to explode and if you move away it will not explode.
The only conflicting class is ep.class.
