Just a simple mod I threw together (currently for SSP only, may make a server version in the future). It ought to add some excitement to your cave exploring. It adds the ability for mob spawners to spawn Creepers, Zombie Pigmen, and Ghasts. The original mob spawner chances were: Skeleton @ 25%, Zombie @ 50%, and Spider @ 25%. They now all have a 16.66% chance to be in the spawner, as well as the 16.66% chance for a Creeper spawner, a Zombie Pigman spawner, and a Ghast spawner.
Important Note: Ghasts will not spawn in the dungeon, because they are too big. Dig around in the surrounding area to make a 4x4x4 space available for them to spawn. They will, as will Zombie Pigmen, spawn regardless of how many torches you put around your spawner.
Current changes:
- Possibility for Creepers in spawners
- Possibility for Zombie Pigmen in spawners
- Possibility for Ghasts in spawners
- Modified spawner odds
Future changes (subject to change):
- Slimes (Maybe)
- A possibility for a UI to control the mobs that can be in the spawner, and the respective odds!

I was not aware that there were ever creeper spawners. They were likely never implemented as they blow up their own spawners, and chests in the dungeon, as I saw in my testing for this mod. :tongue.gif:

Ive found it twice once i found a normal one that was not harmed and the other time i found a totaly blowen up 1
Im not sure what kind of spawner the blowen up was but it had been at least 1 and 1 there

It's possible it was just a skeleton spawner. All mobs spawn anywhere under light level 7, I believe, so the creeper may have just spawned due to dark, and blown things up.
Better light that room quickly! Those creepers have one objective! Spawn, and explode. It does seem odd how they suicide right when they're spawned. Lol. I'm gonna get haunted now

The chests they hold contain diamonds.
Not many, just enough for a tool.
But I'd like to see Zombie pig and Ghast spawners! :3

Dude, 25% + 25% + 50% + 25% is 125%.
This is basic math dude, how're you getting it wrong.
I suggest 15% creepers 45% zombies 20% spiders 20% skeletons = 100%
