I am having some problems with the gunpowder mod. I do not think any of the sulphur blocks or nitrate blocks spawn. The game runs fine, but i dont know why none have spawned. Please help.
Did you install ModLoader and PReader?
Yes i have both of them installed. I am running another mod that uses Modloader and that works. Does this mod maybe conflict with the planes mod (i kinda doubt it though)? Does the mod add the new blocks to the existing world or do i have to make a new save file?
Dudeee, for the Large Furnace, you should make combo materials. (like putting copper and tin in and getting bronze out) would be pretty beast
I am thinking about making something like that but i will need to figure out if it can be done with the current way I do it or I need to do a new system.

It will work on a current save but you need to find new chunks. It won't put any ores into already existing chunks.

Does not yield anything... and yes I have plenty of materials.
Try redownloading it. I forgot to add the recipes when i first uploaded and you may of downloaded that version.
Thank You! The Timberrr mod works now! But you should slightly reduce the damage for the item. But still, a very nice mod.
This is for you - .
I reduced it in the new version. It still affects you for leaves but its alot less. Logs do more damage then if you had done them without it but it saves you time and also takes down the whole tree. Leaves do about .4 of a damage when destroyed. I may even lower that a bit more in future versions
oh ok, so i just have to look in unexplored areas then. o.k. thank you.
Just make a new world. I Thought that exploring would help, but it dosent. Make a new world.
Exploring does help. I have actually just found the sulfur and nitrate in an existing file, but you just have to go very far from your home to find it. It is a bit of a pain though.

Ya it is. But its how the game works. There are ways around it but none of them are very fun to deal with.
ok i have found the material, but now when i go to craft the gunpowder it does not yield anything. I have deleted the current files and started with a clean minecraft.jar and reinstalled it, but it still does not yield the gunpowder when put in the crafting recipe. So possibly i placed the files in the wrong folder. It does go in the minecraft.jar folder right? also what do i do with the folder titled install and the other files titled install.command?

Have you tried redownloading it?
You have a chance of getting an apple, a golden apple, or a sapling. Is there something wrong with that?
You can always use shift or the key you assigned it to do it the normal way.
You mean the Timberrrr that just cut logs straight above it?
