I've been working on tweaking this and I'll get an update out as soon as modding is a go for 1.4. I've added an (optional) parameter file you that you can modify to change frequencies and dimensions etc. Here is an example at max density, set so only sandstone walls will spawn:
OK I tried further upping the density of the walls and towers and it's pretty remarkable. The results really start to resemble a cityscape... A procedurally generated cityscape.
How do i change the settings to make them rarer???
It's "ChunkTryProb", try lowering it to .005 or .002.

For some reason, I cannot find a wall at all, I've configured my settings to even like 50.0 and can't find anything. I put it in the .minecraft directory, what am I doing wrong? Can someone please help? Thanks a lot!
My only suggestion would be to add the option for light sources along the walls and in the buildings. Might make them look nicer/easier to spot, and less filled with horrible death.

You say that like it's a bad thing. Invaders only like to attack walls filled with iron and precious metals. Why else would they try to get by?
