I'm getting a black screen with a clean install. What could the problem(s) be? I deleted META-INF.
Make sure you downloaded the right version. Until yesterday (when I fixed it), the most prominent download link was for 1.2_02, which would cause a black screen.

I tried both Firefox, Internet Explorer, and even Chrome.. no go, all time out. I know it's not my firewall either or any such because I can go to google groups just fine..
Whenever I modify my .jar file I get an error of corrupt file and Java then quits. I have the most recent version of Minecraft and java, and deleted the meta_INF folder also. Help please?
Im not too sure I totally understand how this works.... I switch it to cross eyed mode, and look at it crosseyed, but I only see the left and right image laying on top of each other in a very tiny slit of a view in the middle, and it's a little blurry and worse than double vision.... I have 20/12 vision btw, not sure if that affects anything. If anyone could explain how I am doing this wrong then I would be grateful.
Edit: I tried squinting while crossing my eyes, and the image certainly got wider, and slightly easier to see what I am doing, but still rather blurry, and I don't really see anything special(The 3D) in it.
Edit2: Hmm, I got it to be pretty much in focus, turns out i was a little too close to my monitor. But I still don't see anything in 3D :S

I haven't been in a programming mood, but I plan on updating this for 1.7 (adventure in 3D!), and may (maybe, possibly, but probably not) update it for 1.6.6 to prepare for any changes to the Minecraft code since the last update. I would really like this to be updated. Or maybe if you just posted a few more details about what you class files you changed and whatnot, I might be able to figure it out myself. Especially the side-by-side method, I like it because it doesn't distort the colors.
