You have the number and direction reversed. It should be "//shift 1 up" and "//expand 5 up". It might also be useful to know that a string is text, symbols, and numbers in one "word", numbers are only numbers (and - and . signs, in the proper place). So when it says "number expected, string given", it means it was looking for a number and got text (instead of 1, 5, or any such number, you said "up").
Well... That makes me look stupid. Thank you for answering my problem and helping me understand the phrase better, but now I look like an idiot. :dry.gif:
Can't make the wand tool working. I used several versions, but same result (I'm using spc 3.0.1 (so, worldedit 4.7 comes with the pack), the other selection tool (//hpos1) works.)
when I type: //wand, that's the error:
it's useful to select areas by clicking, i dont know why isnt working.
'//set blue' Spawns blue wool in the selection.
'//set black' Spawns black wool in the selection.
'//set color' Pretty much works with any color except red.
Problem
'//set red' Spawns crops, or reeds or something. mayhaps there's a typo somewhere?
Guys please help me. I wanna make spawner of monsters, but i can't.
Risugami's Spawner GUI 1.1
(Monsters will only spawn in light and block conditions that they would naturally spawn in. If you want Slimes for instance, you need to have the spawner located in a chunk that supports Slimes.)
Use capitals. example: /spawner Skeleton ---- /Spawner Zombie
Thank you.
But some new problem.
I saw alot of videos with sand/gravel in air. But this blocks have gravity, and must fall. How i can make them in air without gravity? and if 1 block destroy - all blocks fall... Intersting uhh :>
Is there any way to use the replace command on stone bricks? Let's say I wanna replace stone bricks with wood. I've tried it with ID's (//replace 98 5), I've tried //replace stone bricks wood, I've tried stone brick wood, stonebrick wood, stonebricks wood, etc.
You could use it's item Blokc ID. i don't remember which though.
If the Worldedit doesn't recognize the block ID blah blah blah, try updating it somewhere. just google or maybe use Underscore ( _ )

for that, you will need "MCEdit". It's somewhere in the 3rd party programs section
I have a problem with my Single Player World. I installed Single Player Commands and WorldEdit, but somethimes //wand won't give me the wand, and if I do get it, it won't select anything. And I do manage to select something, and use anything similar to //set, it'll fill like the whole world up with blocks. How do I fix it? :C
Why is your chest as flat as your back?
