I'm new to this whole java moding stuff. So I'm hear to ask another question as I learn. When I decompile a fresh minecraft with modloader and tmi I get this one file from tmi mod that comes up and in this portion of the code is the error. What is missing? How do I fix this so I can go about adding my mod's and recompiling it back so I can run on my client. Remember I'm new to all of this don't know java to save my life but as I watch video's I've learned a few thing's so far I can make and work but when I decompile with TMI I get this error and can't recompile til this is gone.
Before people start saying go learn java first. I just want to point out I'm not asking you for your opinion. I'm posting here cause this is the post of the creator of TMI and hoping he can explain why his code want compile with out this error and if he can explain to me what is wrong. Thanks for keeping your opinions to your self and thanks if you actually know whats wrong and have time to explain.
Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet, but when I loaded a save, all my item enchantments disappeared, even though I made them before creating the save. Is there any way to fix this?
Edit:I realized that I forgot to mention this, by "save" I meant one of the saves in TMI, I enchanted the items before making it.
I'm trying to diagnose an issue that I'm hoping the mod author can help with. I'm playing on 1.8.1 on a bukkit server that I'm running. The server itself is running bukkit 1337. Now you may ask why I'm even posting here. Well the server is running a plugin called "Burning Creative Suite" and that author is saying that there is some sort of inventory corruption occurring client side. During my own digging I found it to be a combination of TooManyItems and ConvenientInventory is causing my issue on the client end. So now the issue.
While TooManyItems and ConvenientInventory is installed and connected to a server using "Burning Creative Suite" creative mode plugin the server issues an Internal Server Error with an IndexOutOfBounds Exception being reported on the console side while interacting with the inventory in creative mode only.
If only TooManyItems or ConvenientInventory is installed then I can interact with the same server just fine.
Any ideas on why it may be happening as is there any good way I can debug this issue?

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it.
I don't know if this has been suggested before, but there should be like a little search bar in the window with all the items that would let you find items by either typing in the name of the item or typing in the ID of the item.
So like, if you typed in 42 in the search bar, then it would put TNT in your inventory, and if you typed in TNT in the search bar, then it would still put TNT in your inventory.

Are you OK now?
You've said you were sick and I didn't like that, of course.
Please, tell me you are OK now and I'll be relaxed, what was that, a cold, a flu?

It was a minor stomach virus. I'm fine now :wink.gif:
none of my sub-block IDS have been showing up I.E: it only shows me normal wool, not all the colors.
is anyone else having this problem?
To be able to spawn colored wools, different types of wood, all the colors of dyes, and different saplings, you need a server plugin which alters the /give command to support damage. For instance, the Essentials plugin uses the /item {1}:{3} {2} syntax, with {3} being damage. There are other server mods which provide a similar effect. You need to get one of said mods, then modify the give-command line in Toomanyitems.txt to have the same syntax. The aforementioned items will appear in the spawning GUI, and the commands will work.

That has been requested before... and 42 is NOT TNT. 42 is IronBlock. 46 is TNT.
i've just try to install Toomanyitems and modloader for 1.9pre5 and i'm getting this error

Its strange as i was using it fine without modloader
Does it works with single player commands? I got black screen after "Loading level... Saving chunks" :sad.gif: Deleted META-INF and installed modloader
Okay, so, when I put in TooManyItems mod in my minecraft.jar, (Yes I deleted Meta-Inf) I start up minecraft, and all i get is a blackscreen... can anyone help?

I'm getting a black screen as well. I've tried installing the following mods in a bunch of different combinations:
MC Patcher package (texture fix, font fix, better grass, random mob)
ModLoader
Spawner GUI
TooManyItems
I have tried just modloader and TMI, still get the black screen after Mojang screen. All mods are correct version, META-INF is deleted.

delete the mod_TooManyItems.class and it should run fine for now
OK I just tried this and it seems to work. Haven't played enough to see if it caused any problems. But loaded fine and TMI worked, as well as Spawner GUI and (I assume because Spawner GUI did) modloader.
Thanks!
Because you seem to have edited my quote instead of putting text after it, I'll reply to this post.

Yes, I know. I will use the knowledge to help applenoobs. (Kidding, Mac is a great operating system, although in my opinion it's a bit overpriced.)
