Cute. Mind you, you complain about a mod not working, when in the opening thread it states the version this mod happens to work for.
It says 1.2_02. It does NOT say 1.3. The person who made the mod hasn't edited the post to include anything about 1.3. Why would someone assume right away a mod that worked in a previous version must work in the next with no tweaking whatsoever?
Stop asking. Pay attention to the opening post of the thread. Get over yourself.

Yes, but after ~10 posts of users reporting problems, people should get the general idea that the mod is not working. It is not really being optimistic either, rather than impatient. If people actually look around the thread, then they would know that Scaevolus has done a great job at keeping up with updates with all his mods and they shouldn't worry at all.
