This is a beautiful mod that will go far. Would be great if notch added a sub forum to add custom adventure maps so people could have a lot of maps to play keep going with your own stuff and i agree with some people please make boomerang standalone for Survival(also did you ad stun effect to the boomerang i thought you might have but i can't tell.)
Cool! As far I see, this mod is good ["good" is way too poor, it's biggest epicness of total conversions!]
I'm unpacking it now, I can't wait to use it! :biggrin.gif:
And now, here are my questions :
Do these new items/tools have toolstips?
Is there a handheldTorch light included?
How to craft these new items [if they are craftable?]
ALL the new items have their own tooltips, handheldtorchlight is installed with the mod, and you don't have to craft items - you can get them by using the pallet.

Every time that someone on the support forums doesn't say anything after I tell them a possible solution, I assume that they are having too much fun enjoying their fixed Minecraft to reply.
For some reason I can't run it. D:
I run install.bat, but it shuts down after the while. And adventureCraft.exe does not work at all...Also, I reinstalled my Minecraft...
What did I do wrong?
But still, if I would force the player to gather resources to craft a boomerang for example, what's their recipes [lol, I'm bad...]
yes, install.bat should shutdown after a while, and do you have a minecraft.jar in %appdata%/.minecraft/bin?
also the install.bat should copy the jar into a new directory in the adventurecraft directory. also make sure you have 1.2_02
I am still having trouble getting AdventureCraft on my mac. I got the bin and resources folders in the .minecraft folder( thanks lekiy) but now when I use the command for step four, I get four lines of command not found. Do I need to separate these lines when I type them in or what.
-bash: java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -cp .bin;.resources;..minecraftbinjinput.jar: command not found
-bash: ..minecraftbinlwjgl.jar: command not found
-bash: ..minecraftbinlwjgl_util.jar: command not found
-bash: ..minecraftbinminecraft.jar; -Djava.library.path=..minecraftbinnatives AdventureCraft: command not found
You could use this to help build large structures in SSP! As long as you dont use any of the added blocks or have any of the new tools when your done, you could move your world to your real minecraft. Also, LOVE this mod, and I can't wait to see whats next. It would be great if you added some more mobs to spawn, possibly use some of DrZhark's Mo' Creatures...if possible. You deserve Diamond Notch for this.
Ths mo doesn't work for me. I install it exactly as you detail and when I run adventurecraft.exe it loads for a few moments then when it's finished it does nothing.
Sorry, but I dont want this until the map is randomly generated... thats the best bit about minecraft
A possible solution for that is you generate a map take the file out of the saves folder, then install adventurecraft and place the file in the maps folder then it should show up as a option when you open a world in adventurecraft.
I created a topic for dungeons where you can post them up so there is a collection of dungeons to download. http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=154015
please send me a pm with a link and description of your dungeon to have it go up.
I followed all the instructions and when i click install.bat it disappears instantly so then i click on adventurecraft.exe and nothing comes up at all so then i would click on adventurecraft.bat and then it would come up with some errors such as Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Pi. and it would show where some of the error are. please help im looking forward to this mod.
When I have the mod installed, Minecraft won't load past the "Updating Minecraft" screen. The load bar stops about half an inch from being full. I followed the instructions completely, including deleting META-INF, and tested a fresh minecraft.jar, which worked fine.
your not supposed to download anymods, its supposed to open in its own minecraft program, after you download then extract the files. re-read the install instructions bub
Ok, this is great. But I can't seem to work with mob spawners?
I followed exactly what you did in the video, and nothing. When I right-click it it just sets the position of the orange blocks, and same for left click. Am I missing some step?
For the installation, here is what I did:
-So i put it in a new folder.
-go to my .minecraft (The one in appdata)
-delete .version FILE and copy contents of folder (.minecraft) and paste them in the .minecraft of the mod folder
-I fill in the mod's folders with content from my original .minecraft
-run the installer, then the .exe
Any missing step? Or is it just a small bug/tweak you forgot to change back?
Because from watching the video (I even started a new world and followed the same moves) I did it and it didn't work.
Do I need to install any other mod for this to work?
(I had no other mod when installing)

Hope this helps you guys!
Please do not post questions for this video here instead message me or leave a comment.
Stupid question, I know....
press F4 (if your on mac you'll need to hold the function key FN)

Hello there. I made a mod that adds a block that breaks into other stuff.
AdventureCraft|SP Commands
Extremely short (I got through in about 10 minutes), but extremely epic.
