Yes, I'm aware of Silentdeths BC-=IC Crossover and have been using it for a long time. But I also use PowerConverters - together there's a lot they can accomplish. Each has its strengths.

i got around to installing rope plus mod and to my surprise i could use your synthetic string for bow and fishing rod but not to make rope... :sad.gif: that and the fact you do have rope in your mod, but i still cant combined the two.
the thing is i have not a single clue how to mod or i would fix this myself. so im asking. is there a way synthetic string could be seen has string by other mods or simply for rope plus
hope you can help or point me in the right direction

I'm having trouble with PlasticCraft on SMP. :unsure.gif:
It works just fine on SSP but I'm unable to craft anything when playing with a server. When trying to craft wood flour or a mould, for example, the item icon shows up but can't be dragged to the inventory. This happens with other players in the server as well. My only mods are ModLoader, ModLoaderMP, MCForge 1.3.0 and PlasticCraft. The server has ModLoaderMP, MCForge 1.3.0 and PlasticCraft only.
Any help with that would be greatly appreciated! blarg
PlasticCraft, MineFactoryReloaded and NetherOres REQUIRE MCForge to run, plus Power Converters requires Forge-based Mods... so that's kinda a no-brainer...
For the minefactory reloaded, the guy in the video seemed to have redpower installed with it, along with buildcraft. I can only seem to get Redpower's core and wiring to work because the other ones use two of the same block ids for their blocks. Any way to fix this? I want to get that little redstone timer thing without having to make a Rapid Pulser that lags my client.

Only good buildcraft related engines are the forestry ones, that never go BOOOOOOOOM! though starting out with them can be a bit of a pain.

Looks like that did the trick! At least - the recipes are appearing. I haven't tried to craft anything, but I'll keep you posted if anything arises.
So pretty much all I need now is for Zippinus and cpw to update Advanced Machines and I'll be rolling once more!

Its the reason why he mentions that its not compatible with BC 3.xx
and the reason why I asked if he is coming out with a BC v3.xx compatible version.
Many people are using BC 3.xx,
so it would be a smart idea for him to actually release a compatible version for it.

It's the same as a good number of mod authors, they are waiting for BC3 to get around to being SMP compatible before updating mods to use it.
