[Edit] I found the culprit, I accidently used 1.7.2 modloader and 1.7.2 audiomod, I finally realized that, and used 1.7.3 modloader and audiomod.

This is the fix ladies and gentlemen.
If breaking blocks/killing mobs is not dropping anything AT ALL, then download the latest modloader and install it, even if you have modloader installed already.

The problem wasn't in either the CREEPS or the SHOCKAH mod, it was in the modloader mod.

This error happened because Modloader was not at the right version for people who get this error, so to fix it people have to get the latest modloader and install it.
