Haveing a problem with vines not growing if I use the modloader versions of wildgrass 13.2 complete edition. however useing client version works fine. tested on several newly generated worlds on fresh jar with modloader v3 and without modloader while testing client version. Just passing the message along :smile.gif: perhaps others have observed this as well. being a modder myself I make sure to throughly test each mod before posting and didn't see that anybody else was having this problem or maybe they didn't notice yet.
I have two concerns.
One, i barely see ANY vine (and, come to think of it, lily-pads and desert flowers don't generate either.) generation what-soever.
Two, even if i use the default texture redstone still has an overlapping texture of another mod i have installed over the original texture. The mod is Nandonalt's Coral Mod, btw.
Edit: it also screwed up the new rail textures, those being the powered and detector rails. I'll have to test some more and see if maybe i can fix it.

The Vegetation plugin don't let us to place flowers on water/sand and reeds under leaves... ( by the way, I just want a really basic WildGrass plugin, doing what it does in Single Player and nothing more ^^; )
I think I've figured out soething with the lilies issue I mentioned earlier:
I find that I am able to place a water lily, IF the block below the water is dirt or sand. I cannot place the lily if the block below the water is stone (and that can occur naturally) or wood. I used to be able to place them in any water, and kind of enjoyed having the little lily in my hot tub.
Flowers seem to be OK planting on dry sand as well - is taking damage from mini cactus a new thing?

Dude If you wouldnt mind, dont use link shorterners for your download links, all it does is cause confusion and adds an extra layer of complexity to thoes of us who operate without javascript.

He's using a program that runs ads on links before proceeding to the final destination.
He's doing this in an attempt to make money, not help you.
Removing the 'shortened links' = no money.
Not that I care, awesome modification anyway.
Also, anyone that knows how to disable Javascript should have no problem enabling it for the 5 seconds it takes to download.

I've tested the Server mod :
It generates grass, flowers on sand... on water, and vines under leaves ! Edit : I've noticed that the ModLoader version doesn't place the flowers on the same blocks.
Same thing for the Client version.
So, after that, i've tested the Client version :
It generates all like the Server version !
But if I use the Client version... I will not be able to use the ModLoader =/
( I need the CJB Mod Pack, the Zan Minimap and the WorldEdit CUI... ^^; )
So, my request :
Could you modify the ModLoader version so that it works exactly like the Client and Server version ?

Yeah, that would be a great idea! I love the vines but when I'm not using the mod, there are these reeds all over my map. I'd love to be able to reset them as needed.

When installed the full mod (13.2), the game takes ages to load the chunks. Actually, it does not load the chunks except if I go near them. It's like playing with tiny drawn distance, but without fog.
Other mods installed :
-Modloader (I tried the Wildgrass with separated texture files)
-Bettergrass
-Somnia
-Zan Minimap
If I try the mod without mods, I have the same problem.
