Can i get a list of all the other mods that work with this mod please.
Also, if i can get a video tutorial on how to install all compatible mods please.
Thanks in advance !
Instead use Minecrafter
Incompatible mods (mods that use the same class file) show up as red in the list. Also supports texture pack installations as well as merging of texture packs and temporary or permanent installation of mods.
those who want spc and sdk to work
1. download both of their mod put everything inside .jar except the net folder of those 2
2. go to viewtopic.php?f=25&t=100267&start=1920
3. download simo_415's compatible minecraft.class
4. rename it from Minecraft-sdk.class to Minecraft.class
5. place it into your .jar (net > minecraft > client > "here") either overwrite the old .class or delete it
Hey guys, the mod works fine. Now my world doesn't.
I tried using the /explode command, although there aren't any set parameters so I just tried 9999. (Edit: Also did the same thing with parameter 50) Needless to say, this was a mistake. Giant explosion, giant lagspike. I did what I usually do when I spam tnt and just waited. Well I waited about a half hour. I cleared all the drops from around me as well. After another 20 minutes, I was still lagging. I tried to use the ascend command, and I'm not even sure if it worked. Another 10 minutes, still nothing. I did the home command to get away from there.
I let the map save and exited the game. Opened Minecraft again and loaded the world. Still laggy. When I hit 't' the command line doesn't lag. When I go to the menu, nothing lags. I can mess with the render distance and it renders instantly in the background. My render distance is now on 'Tiny' and graphics on 'Fancy'. I used GameBooster and set my javaw.exe priority to High to speed things up. Still nada. My other worlds work fine though.
NEVERMIND, found out my problem and fixed. Detailed below. Going to leave this here for anyone else that makes the same stupid mistake as me.
(Second edit- Apparently parameter 50 was so huge 9999 must have been unreal. All the drops made it lag, so with 9999 being so huge, command 'removedrops' must not have reached all the drops, thus the remaining drops making the game lag uncontrollably.)
Woah. Lots of posts again... not sure if I will be able to reply to them all or not... I'm currently spending a lot longer than I would care to admit getting WorldEdit working on Single Player =/
Simo, you are a great guy, and an asset to this community here,
you cant outrun the landslide
the amount of drivel that gets spouted is appalling
and, unforunately, some will post just because you are about the only person on the forums that answers every post
I applaud your sense of politeness and caring,(and humor)
which is obvious in every post you make
but they will bury you if you let them
so I would relax your policy a little
maybe answer only the coherent ones?
that will half your typing right there!
World edit being a B*tch to code?
guess I will hold off on my question of a circle command
keep up the good fight
Thanks for the suggestion. I probably will stop answering questions which have been answered/asked several times before... It just takes too long to do.
And yeah... I have worldedit basically working 100% in my test environment but it doesn't work at all when put in minecraft.jar, it just crashes minecraft and it's driving me insane. I am very tempted to leave it out of the V2.0 release and concentrate on other things
