Okay, i followed all the instructions and replaced the minecraft.class with the new one and everything but when i try to open up minecraft again after doing it all, its stuck at Done loading and still has a bit more of the bar to load, and it just stays their.
I hate to be the noob asking for help, but I can't get this to work.
First off, I am only trying to install this mod. I have no other mods running. I have followed the instructions provided, using both the standard method and xJayr's installer. I have tried working off a fresh install and everything. I am running on OSX.
I am using jarinspector (the only thing I could find that let me mess with the contents of a .jar), deleting META-INF, replacing the bz and minecraft files, and adding the 3 new ones, and double checking by unpacking the contents to confirm the changes.
But no matter what I have tried, when I hit login, either the app goes unresponsive, or it goes to the black/frozen done loading screen.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.
Ok, back again after some more attempts. I systematically tried adding each file, and deleting the whole meta-inf vs leaving the manifest. I have come to the conclusion that the culprit seems to be the bz.class file. Any thing else I change/add/remove will let the game run, and at the moment, with everything but the bz.class file replaced, I can play, type things, and have nothing happen. I assume bz has all the code to actually execute commands.
So...any idea as to why this might be happening? When you add the supplied bz.class, you remove/overwrite the previous, correct? And for the net folder, do you want to replace the whole thing, or just the single class file inside the path?
I know it is a lot to ask, but if I could convince someone to upload their minecraft.jar file with a working SSP commands mod for OSX, that would help at least a few people I see here suffering from problems installing on OSX.
hey guys, i need a little more help with installing this, i have a mac OSX but none of the videos really show me how to install it the one video they have is way to fast and you can not see what they are doing so if someone can like put it into 'easy to understand' words for me, that would be great
Have you tried using the MAC installer? There is a link in the OP.
erm what do you mean by that? i did download the single player command for mac but its just installing it that im having problems with
Simo, this is a great mod, but since the update, it clearly is now broken for a large majority of mac users... :sad.gif: Any idea what's going on or how to fix it? :sad.gif:
Works perfect for me. Check my signature for a tutorial on getting it installed for mac, I just updated it today.

Been following this mod for a while, was just wondering if you'd at all mind adding a function to remove all blocks of a particular value from the world currently rendered, or just within a certain radius. For example, /wipe 8 100 would clear all water blocks within a 100 block radius.
It could also be useful for clearing out monster spawners when you're building something and dislike the creepy music. Removing should probably make the contents of it fall out from where it was, but that's up to you, really.
actually, that creepy music isn't related to mob spawners
that creepy music plays when you are nearby a 3x3x3 or larger area of "darkness" (unsure of exact light level that is required to stop the music from playing)
Simo, this mod looks pretty kick ass, but the cuboid isnt working. It just says unknown command when i try to set a point. I feel like a retard, but i did exactly like wat ur video said and it still didnt work. is there a special way to do it? Plz hlp
