Are there any plans to have a buffer/history for the console? Also maybe being able to move the caret in the console?
Yes, there are plans =) been in the pipeline for a while now - keep being sidetracked, first with WorldEdit, then plugins, then MCP compatability for everyone and (possibly) source release, now API, after the API it should hopefully be the next big addition. Trust me, my plans for it are large (which is part of the reason I have been putting it off) - and if I can accomplish it everyone will love it.

That is my plan in the end but until I have the core SPC the way I like it, I don't want this to happen as it will require keeping things the way they are mostly and restricting what and where I want to take the mod. Until then use the MCP pack I provided as it seems to not cause anyone problems (it has over 200 downloads in a day currently and not one complaint, considering that I didn't think there were more than a couple of hundred client modders in total I think that is pretty good) and provides all the functionality you would require in MCP as well as the ability to create SPC plugins which can extend the behavior anyway you want it to.
I've been using this for a while and recently certain commands (such as ext/extinguish, defuse, timeschedule, and others I'm sure) have not worked, I receive the notification in the chat log saying it was accepted and working, but no result. Any ideas?
