I was wondering if it was possible to install WorldEdit without spc.
Thanks
The quick answer is no.
If you join a bukkit server, yes.
I've never bukkited, but I can't imagine any advantage.
The problems reported with SPC are almost all WE. That said, those that do bukkit say it's how SPC meshes with WE that's the problem.
You might prod sk89q (WE author) to make something for single player. This isn't the correct thread to do that.

Thanks, I just wanted to see if there was a quick to way copy some stuff in a world of mine.
How do I make people research their own question? AAAHHHHH!!!
I'm going to suppose you are playing creative, correct?
It's been just over 5 pages since I answered this the last time!
This has been true since 1.2.5. and has probably been dredged back up not less than every 7 pages since. simo_415 suggested this work around. Creative and the WE wand
Do not play together!
A relatively simple solution is to use //hpos1 & //hpos2 when in creative mode.
To make it handier, consider binding (/bind) a couple of keyboard keys to these commands. Keycodes may be found here: http://www.minecraft...ecraft-console/ .
A sorted, WorldEdit Command List is available here: WorldEdit Command List.pdf
I think 5 pages is a reasonable amount to find the answer to a question. Anything less and I tell them to go fish... Nicely.

Is that your Lady and Tsk Tsk on me Child?
Did you place the "WorldEdit.jar" File into the mods folder?
No. Depending on the version of SPC you are using it goes either in the 'bin' folder of your .minecraft folder (simo's version) or the 'spc' folder inside your mods folder (q3hardcore's version). You may have to create these folders if they do not exist.
Is it just me, or why can't I find a bin folder? Mojang made everything so confusing when they changed the launcher, but now, I can't even find the bin folder. Where is it?

Somewhere in the last 5 pages I answered your question.
You need only look closely at my posts. Perusing all posts won't hurt you and might actually make your enjoyment of SPC greater.

It's in the same place that it has been in for the past few years. In the .minecraft folder. Like always.

Odds are very slim anyone in this thread will do your homework for you. We happily DIRECT you to a solution for your problem.
im fairly new to MC - I installed this and was surprised at how easy it was! A few days ago I guess when the patch came out I ran into some trouble though...
I start MC
it works like it should
load my world
and I can see Single Player Commands (4.9) flash on the bottom left side of the screen
however whenever I try to enter any command the console does not come up...
anything from "//" to "/fly" or "/give" none of the commands seem to come up
Im guessing this is a common issue but I have not been able to find information on this so im hoping I can get a solution from you guys
Your help would be greatly appreciated
UPDATE:
never mind! I found the fix... it seems my gf's son changed the key that brings up the command prompt... :|

On the WE command list pay attention to the //schematic commands.
I've 3 created on 1.5.2 that work on 1.6.2 and I've created and used the same format with 1.6.2.
The Clp (blue) is a link to sk89q's explanation/site.
Also //copy, //paste, and //stack commands may be helpful.
Need help PM me.

Is 5 pages or more the limit? And anything less than that get the 'new and improved' "R" word!!! LOL

That's why you be smart like me and bind the wand to a sword.
