I can wait until thursday for 1.0.0 update. If yours is updated (yours not the guy that owns mcedit) by thursday I will troll him instead of inocent you
ok really? everyone else has already updated their mods and I know SOMEONE is gonna say JUST WAIT but since you are one of the bigger mod makers we rely on you to update kinda fast
Why is it that some of you are acting as if simo_415 is contractually obligated to update SPC? As if the sole purpose of his existence is to amuse you? There's this thing called "patience", you know. The guy has a life away from Minecraft, and his own vacation plans. If you're so desperate for an update then just update SPC yourself. Pestering him isn't exactly going to get him into the spirit of working.

Hehe its funny, usually there are one or two people who try to update the mod themselves.. no one has ever succeeded, closest someone got was around one class updated.. hehe.
Guys, calm the heck down, there are more npc's, mobs, blocks, and classes, he can't just look at it, add a single class file, and put it up, he has to modify the old files, make sure they are compatible with the new ones, then add more commands, we all know it will come but big mods like this take time, now yes he could have started it on the RC2 or whatever it was but he didn't so woopdidoo, if you want something "close" to this, get Risugami's Modloader, spawner gui, and what his faces Too Many Items, they all do pretty well and can tide you over till he gets this.

If you would be so kind as to give me an internets, I would be grateful to you forever.
I'd like to say, that this is my favorite mod of all times, because it makes everything so easy and changes everything. Secondly, I know that the creator of this mod probably has other things in his/her life than just updating this mod. Yeah, its cool when modders update super quickly, but as long as it's not more than like a month or two then i don't care.
I'm a big fan of SPC and really appreciate all the work you've put into it. Recently however, I noticed a distinct lack of slime chunk finding commands. In the spirit of completeness (and utility), I'd like to request the addition of commands similar to the ones below:
/slimechunk returns true or false if the player is currently located within a slime chunk.
/slimedebug toggles a "true/false" display of slime chunks in the f3 debug menu similar to the Slime Chunk Finder mod (Link).
Also, extending the "/spawn" command to include testificates would be awesome. Please let me know if any of these additions are a possibility. Again, thanks for all the work you've put into supporting and updating this mod. I'd buy you a beer via paypal but I don't own a credit card. Instead I'm offering my services as a Graphic Designer to make you a custom forum avatar since it appears that you don't have one. Let me know if you're interested. I look forward to its next update!

p.s. Sent you a pm, but it seems you haven't received it yet.
EDIT: Whoops, I didn't realize you had already updated the /spawner command for 1.9. Awesome. I was still using 1.8.
Here's an idea to those who REALLY need single player commands now. Don't update your minecraft! stay in 1.8 and build most of what you need in there! I'm working on an adventure/puzzle map and I've been switching versions of minecraft to work on it. It takes two extra seconds from my life, no big deal and I've been able to make some pretty good progress on it, most of which was planned for 1.8 and not 1.9 (in other words, I was not planning for potions or breeding etc). So stop your whining, you DO have options if you MUST use it. I am proof of that. Realize that simo is human, therefore he has a life and you have no right to complain. Just keep checking back and move on if it's not done. Or, if it bothers you so much to switch and you MUST have it in 1.0 RIGHT NOW, do it yourself. Good luck with that.
Yes, I know this post is yet another BE PATIENT posts, but seriously. Chill the tits guys, it's pixels. It's a game. A few weeks won't kill you and if it will, you're pretty pathetic. So enjoy playing without mods, take my advice or be labeled as a bitchy whiny brat. Up to you.
I am furious that this person I don't know coded something amazing, gave it to me for no charge, and won't spend all of his time fixing it so I can have more fun in a video game!
An important tip when using this mod or any other that allows teleportation (Zombe's has a teleport mod in it): when teleporting, know your destination. You could end up inside solid rock and suffocate to death, or underwater and drown, or worse end up in lava and die there. Or end up in a dark cave and be attacked by mobs. The precautions are similar to that of Minecraft's #1 rule - not to dig directly down. Also, don't round down the Y coordinate, but instead round it up. You'll end up 0.4 blocks above the floor or ground, instead of stuck in the floor and possibly suffocating as well.
I did this by entering tele 205 71 1443, which is what showed when I pressed F3. This was inside my base, and I took suffocation damage (a heart and a half) being stuck between levels and then falling to the floor below when I jumped. The fall wasn't what did the damage, it was being stuck in the floor. So always round up your Y coordinate when you teleport.
This does not occur with waypoints. You will always end up in the exact location you specified when you set that waypoint.

P.S. maybe these will help
I don't think so, when they spawn it's at random.
Dude just wait he has more things to do then minecraft probably.
RANDOMNESS:
Why is it when I've actually learned how to use the mod and need it, it isn't available for use?
Yep I did, well by the end of the weekend.

The current version is only for 1.9 Prerelease 5 and 1.8.1

The ability to "forest" an area/radius, with args tree type and radius (and perhaps density)?
A lad can dream!
OH WAIT.
Take your time to make sure it works.
