my problem- for some reason it wont work i dont know why. the mincraft logo turns on then the program closes too fast i cant seee the error report. also what is modloadermp for?
what version of modloader? it keeps giving me the black screen and for some crazy ungodly reason the txt for modloader is missing so i dont know the error :sad.gif:

Hello everyone, I've a problem. I've a server and I've installed the guns on it, but I can't shoot the others players. I can destroy blocks like glass, the pvp is activated in server.properties, I can hit players with a sword, but not with guns :ohmy.gif:

I had the same problem, you have to turn on monster spawning for some reason and then your guns should work
Great, fu**ing job, guys, whole my beautiful forest is gone because of ONE fu**ing laser shot that missed >.<
On the other hand, rocket launcher helps to cease the fire, if you know where to shoot. ALWAYS carry one with you, if you play with a laser.
(Note: I'm not blaming you. Just saying.)
Oh, and remember the plaque thing? I blew up whole my armory when tried to hang a rocket launcher on one.
Lasers setting things on fire and rockets destroying blocks are all configurable in the .properties files. You should probably set those options to false with your luck.
Now, I have one issue. I think it's a graphics card thing, but I've toyed with all it's settings and can't get it to show Shelves, Plaques, Grappling Hooks, etc. Haven't tested sentries or the like.
Is there a setting in the NVidia control panel that you know to check that will solve my issue? I swear I've tried everything, and nothing works!

It sounds like your missing the textures. Not a graphics issue.

It sounds like your missing the textures. Not a graphics issue.
No, I went back and reinstalled the mod files as well. The thing is, I've gotten the textures to appear after tinkering with the video card settings, but now nothing I change works. I recently updated my driver as well.
Looked again too in the ZIP for the mod, and made sure the textures were in there. I can even see the items in my inventory. I just can't see them once placed. :/

How about a lightning gun? It could be crafted like this:
Or any other way that works with you! So what it does it sends out a bolt of lightning shocking the enemy (or creating a pig zombie/ Charged creeper) and it sets them on fire. The ammo could be called a "Redstone Battery" and it is crafted like a X made out of redstone dust in the crafting grid. each battery sends out a strike of lightning.
So this is my idea of a lightning gun for the next update or future updates, Thanks!
Because industrialcraft uses too many of the limited game sprites.

note to self: do not mount gun while it's still loaded.
