you can live without it as much as I can, and that's easily, I love this mod to and I'm sad to see it dead, but this happens to all mods at one stage, so just move on and use another gun mod, perhaps Heuristix or Flan when he updates or even Nerdboys64 gun mod

Yeah this is dead, I would make an update to it personally but I'd need Scott's permission and it is impossible to communicate with him. And I don't really have the time as of now either.

Suks that heaps of the mods that were once good, are now dead, sitting in a corner, never to be touched again.
that's because Mojang COMPLETELY OVERHAULED THE CODING in Minecraft 1.3
Also SDK had another "strange disappearance" the same-time last year so he may either appear in Christmas January or february (Jan and Feb are the 1.5 bewareance time) he may have the mod Forge coding since Modloader is technically ever hardly used nowadays.
