Canyou please make the space in the elivator selectable (via an options setting) wether you'd like the height between floor/base of elivator and the cieling/top of it 2,3,4,... blocks as opposed to fixed at 2 blocks (the height of a character)
I personally use 3 blocks between floors , some players use 4. this way the roof of the elivator would match the roof of the floor. It would also make my system of stair / elivator combo more workable :wink.gif:
I'm sure others would appreciate it too

Hi I'm having issues regarding crafting for both the elevators and meteorite mods. I know I have them installed correctly (the meteors still fall without summoning) and after doing double and triple checks to make sure I had the right ingredients and pattern I know that isn't the problem either.
I have the following mods installed:
Minecraft Community Pack v1.2
303's Grappling Hook
Nandonalt's Chisel
Risugami's Death Chest, Light Sensor and Spawner GUI
Roundaround's Cloth to String, Shrinking Rod and More Minetracks
Shockah's Minerals
Woot's Minerlamp
Zan's Minimap
All mods individually are up to date. I also tested the game with just your two mods and modloader installed with the same result. Really hope this issue can be resolved, I love your mods and want to be able to use them.

So I'm not the only one having this problem...
I have Mo' Creatures, Humans+, Battle Towers, and fifty thousand other mods that have individual classes instead of modifying old ones. They're all compatible (even Minegunner) and all of a sudden, right after I installed five more (including this one), mobs stopped spawning. I saw a few, but the only way I see mobs now is through skeletons and zombies (and the occasional spider) spawning in the tower I moved to my base using MCEdit...
So it's the Meteorites mod?
PS: Ethereal, could you possibly make a lightning mod? Lightning creates a small explosion and fire, like meteorites, only it makes a lot of light and can be seen from a distance. I'm making a storm texture pack, and this would really be appreciated.
What isn't compatible? If it's block IDs, I suggest you talk to King about that, because I've already had to change them once in the past. If I had to change the block IDs, it would require the destruction of all your current elevators.

Hmm, I can craft my items fine with just modloader and my mods. I'm not quite sure what the problem could be.

I Love the meteorite Idea but I think that it could be much better.
No offense but it takes the fun out of finding diamond, You just walk outside and find some...
The only other problem I think with this mod is that you almost never actually see a meteorite falling. Shouldn't the meteorite make a big deal when it lands? Like make a Huge sound and a huge explosion, think of the yucatan peninsula...
I think that meteorites should be a very very very rare occurance compared to what they are now but it should be a big deal. The meteorite fireball should be huge (if possible maybe replace the ghast balls with lava) and the meteor should only spawn anywhere within 10-100 chunks of you and make a huge noise, It should also stay in the air for a good 30 seconds so that the player can spot it and search for the treasures within.
I think this is a great mod but it would be much better (in my opinion :tongue.gif:) with those changes
PS:I also think it would be cool if instead of dropping a random mineral it dropped moon stone(or a better name :tongue.gif:)
Something with the strength of iron or stone but a durability better than diamond...

I don't know much about programming, but I think it involves these steps: Decompile the .class files, find the correct value, alter accordingly, recompile.

Change your graphic settings or upgrade your hardware then. I've used both Elevators and Meteors, and neither lags my game. And I play on a laptop.

You must have a pretty crappy computer if you get that low of FPS from the addition of a mod. My laptop's not all that great, but I can run it just fine.
