I got annoyed that i lost my PEGASUS. god seriously.
Also @ maker, can you fix the bug that makes our current horses before this version pea sized babys. I had to wait about 3 MC days for it to fix.

Wow this mod is amazing. I need to flatten out the area around my castle so more mobs spawn though. Then again, it tends to just end up in them dying. (lava walls ftw.)
I Think I found a small glitch, When Feeding a baby horse to make it grow. If you over feed it quickly it becomes larger than normal, it normalizes in a few seconds though.
Note the Pegasus is an extra block taller.

I followed the instructions exactly. And I am already familiar with the programs like terminal required for the installation. I've tried to install this mod since 1.2.6, and it always blackscreens. Risugami's audiomod also has bad installation instructions.
welll... this morning i still had my 3 horses.. now i log in.. all gone ...?
yeah there was an update that reset the minecraft.jar file so everyone lost their mods unless they backed them up
but i don't see any horses now? not in the wild to? i redownloaded the mod etc. already.
oh then the only reason i could think for it not to work would be the names are wrong in the properties file or you didnt install the mod properly also try waiting a few mc days
I finally got this working, I made a stable and I'm stacking up on hay and bread.
Does anybody know the numbers of hay needed to tame each horse?

There isn't any specific number for amount of , needed to tame a horse ^^
With skills and tricks you can (as I managed) tame a unicorn with 5wheat XD
But of course; there is probably a guideline to a decent amount of you should be prepeared to use at each horse!
I just relised that I accidentaly downloaded a slightly older versionof this, not the up to date one, if I download the latest, will it just overwrite the old files? Please tell me it will. I don't want to go through all the old ones deleting them.
yes it will overwrite all the old ones and you wont lose your horses either...they will just be really small if you feed them they'll be back to normal size
I have a quick question will you ever put up the dl for just werewolves,horses and wildlife because my world is to valuable to me to put in ogres and wraths so please put it to be able to dl the werewolves ,horses and wildlife

there is a .properties file go and put NO infront of every mob you don't want, If you would just read the thread you would find that out.
Yep, or ANYTHING, even just changing the caps, to all caps, or adding a - in front does the job, i do the - sign, as it is simple, and i can tell which ones are on pretty easily.

The screaming sounds were removed in the latest versin of the mod, however you may still have them in your resources folder. Just erase the resources/mod folder and copy the new one from the latest release

Just feed them, that speeds their growth I think.
