Could anyone help me? The Config seems to not work on the latest version, i can't disable the spawning of any mobs...
do you have CMS installed? if you do are you modifying the MOC config files instead of the CMS files, cause CMS doesn't look at the MOC config files.
if you don't have CMS, you really can't disable the mobs from spawning, at least not that I'm aware of.

Dr Zhark has already stated he's not backporting this mod anymore it's just going to be future updates from here on out especially with how much work it is due to all the changes between 1.7 and 1.12.2 which is where the mod is now.
CMS Still doesn't work properly, I tried to disable all of the mobs except Wyverns, Ogres and Manticores and I get everything else still... by the truckload.
Hai, I love this jolly good mod and I absolutely love the new big cat models and textures, they look very marvelous. I have one problem though. I was doing a survival with this mod and Animania and Doggy talents and a few others and everything was going great for a few days but now for some reason whenever I try to launch Minecraft it crashes and I have no idea why, it was working perfectly before. And my game starts fine when I remove the mo creatures mod. I am using forge version 1.12.2 instead of the recommended 1.12.1 for the mod so I wonder if that has something to do with it? anyway, here is my crashlog.

Thanks for your suggestion I didn't know there was a more up to date version of Moc, I got it but it still crashes, not sure why.
Well I am running most of the same mods you are but more of them. There all working fine for me on forge 2512. The only exception is tree capitator. Maybe try updating forge? If that doesn't work I suggest you remove all mods and add just mo creatures. If it does not crash then add mods back in one at a time to see if one of the other mods is causing the crash.

2. try deleting your MOC config files. sometimes they can get corrupted. This doesn't quite look like a config file issue, but it can't hurt.
You're a lifesaver! this works, jolly good show Thank you so much Marvelous, woo hoooo. I had already tried deleting my minecraft options file but I never thought about deleting the mod config file. Works like a charm.
hello drZhark, can u make a version for 1.7.10 but this time, has the 1.12 changelogs and the new big cat textures and models, im making a zoo and all the mods are in 1.7.10 so I want to use your mod so can u make a 1.7.10 mod but it has all the changes after v. 6.3.1
thanks
Yes, he said he would backport the new update to 1.7.10.
Yeah recently on MOC discord he said he's not backporting anymore because it eats too much of his time and doesn't allow him to actually update the mod with all the planned mobs and the ogre lair and all that good stuff.
do you have CMS installed? if you do are you modifying the MOC config files instead of the CMS files, cause CMS doesn't look at the MOC config files.
if you don't have CMS, you really can't disable the mobs from spawning, at least not that I'm aware of.
In that case, then why is there an entire config dedicated to setting the spawnrates/can spawn at all for each mob? That just seems like a waste of space then...
cause that part of MOC isn't quite working right.

Anyways, I know spawn rates have always been an issue, but they seem to have hit this update really hard.
In the Wyvern Lair, I can barely find any bunnies, snakes, or wyverns. Guess what I can find? Everything else, even including hostile mobs.
CMS Still doesn't work properly, I tried to disable all of the mobs except Wyverns, Ogres and Manticores and I get everything else still... by the truckload.
Hey you still can config the mod ingame?
EDIT:After reainstalling the mod 2 times i got the confing menu working but i would like to knowwhat dows the max chunk option do?

1. spoiler tags
2. try deleting your MOC config files. sometimes they can get corrupted. This doesn't quite look like a config file issue, but it can't hurt.
You're a lifesaver! this works, jolly good show
Yes, he said he would backport the new update to 1.7.10.

Apparently on the discord he said he wont be.
Also according to this post-
http://www.mocreatures.org/forum/m/13290502/viewthread/31003387-new-to-moc-sep-2017
He is working on the next update which is adding new mobs not back porting.
Yeah recently on MOC discord he said he's not backporting anymore because it eats too much of his time and doesn't allow him to actually update the mod with all the planned mobs and the ogre lair and all that good stuff.
In the lastest 1.7.10 version is it still a known bug that some horses go invisable when you put armor on them?
Come over and check out Wulf Hollow Server!

quick question does the tinkers constuct silver weapons affect the werewolfs of this mod at all?
Wait there's a Discord?
