The anticipation is driving me nuts lol. 1.8 came out months ago, and forge isn't caught up I miss my combo of MCA + Mo Creatures, and building a world, with damage meters, and feeling like i'm doing an rpg where I build a city and defend/rule it (in hardcore mode too... so only 1 life).
I love all the changes and additions to 1.8, especially the repair and enchanting fixes that make it more economical (especially considering you have no control over what enchantments you get in this game and i hate wasting the xp. i'm not one of the types to build "xp farms" because it feels cheap or like cheating tbh. I only build things that could be real structures instead of taking advantage of spawning mechanics, but each unto their own).
I remember one time i built a city on a hilltop, had 30 villagers. and an ogre busted into the city by tearing the ground away on the hill. And then a creeper or two got in and zombies started pouring their way in. Even with the guards it was a fun battle to defend my town.
I never see the hostile mobs from this mod spawning no matter how high I set their spawn frequency.

Yeah I've never understood it either. I find that a lot of the mod authors have forgotten that the only reason they are allowed to develop these mods is because Mojang allows it though I guess soon that will be because M$ allows it. Either way I've never liked the idea of adf.ly and the sorts. Just give me a donation link and I will happily donate but when you give me an adf.ly link it almost makes me not want to use the mod. And now he is saying if he can get $500 then he will allow it to be used in modpacks. Under the constraints that he can revoke that permission at any time that is ridiculous.
I know you might not read this but it would be awesome if there was different kind of sharks as in hammer heads etc and maybe even koi fish and well a huge ocean update would be amazing in general
Ok.. since Ents are nothing but immortal in my game, as Axes do nothing. Is there another way to destroy them. They are becoming a ridiculous nuisance, and there is one stuck in my home and I can't remove him.

Personally all you have to do is make a Buff Body, 2 Large wings, a Long take and a Medium sized neck, and 2 sets of legs and you could easily take the head of a Wyvern and Add horns

GUI lost in 1.6.4 due to the death of GUI API.
if you don't like messing with the config files, you can use the commands. those are your two choices

Just so you know, i cant seem to get an ostrich to STOP laying eggs. I always have to kill them due to lag.
What about stuff like Rhino's and remodeling the deer, I have brunches of Ideas that would be epic to see
