So, now you appear, Dr zharks. Listen: I´m still playing my first minecraft world and no mob are spawning (wll, a few). Before adding creatures can you fix the bugs. I don´t know how to say it. This update will have bugs and in the next won´t be solved and finally there will be and update with tons of bugs. FIX THEM
I'm so sorry for bugging you, but so many people have lost their stuff in the server! I lost my dark blue fairy that was in my inv, I lost my whole house because it is now apparently 'Out of the world border' and everything I had ;_;
Please, help people get their stuff back, all I really want is my dark blue fairy, but everyone else should at least get one fairy back if they had one or more.

Most likely Infernal Mobs, considering it's occuring during an Infernal creature, and he supplied the link to Infernal Mobs. Might be that it's a third mod though.
It doesn't say if the Infernal mobs mod includes the HUD or not.

Yeah, I lost my dark blue fairy /w amulet, house, diamonds when they were fixing the old world and I have proof. I am mad, but remember it's just a game. I am not pushing anyone to refund or return anything
Koiyama sounds like you have despawn vanilla on. Seems a bit obvious but .... That setting is bugged at the minute where it resets itself. Ive read that this does not affect servers, however it seems like the settings in my server is being reset because my MSC values from a read only config file is displaying me differing mo crteaures spawn settings. Make sure despawn is off and check its still off when you come back in. Fingers crossed.

Next MoCreatures update will fix all issues with CustomSpawner not working correctly with new entities/biomes. For now, disable CustomSpawner in MoCreatures.cfg then use MSC as normal.
Your new changes look incredible, maybe I won't have to be constantly ripping out my hair in rage at CustomMobSpawner anymore. I would just like to point out that, in the current release, Mo'C sets the doMobSpawning gamerule false every time a server or SSP game starts, which leads to the lack of most spawns people complain about. Just wanted to bring it up to be sure it gets fixed - you don't need to use MSC to get mobs from other mods to spawn, you just need to do a /gamerule doMobSpawning true, every time you restart your server or SSP world. Atmosmobs/Thaumcraft mobs/etc will all spawn fine if you do this.
Thanks for taking the time to hammer it out - a rewrite of the spawner is the #1 thing this mod has needed for a long, long time.
I have read a lot of posts that people are having trouble with the config file not saving settings and people having issues with spawning and not spawning in extra biomes. I don't know if its the fact I'm using MCPC+ on a bukkit server, or that I must have gotten lucky but I have not run into any of these issues. I did see vanilla spawns such as sheep and creepers (without having DespawnVanilla set to false) and I had Mo' creatures a plenty in at least a few new biomes from the ExtraBiomes mod such as in the red wood forest and one or two of the ice lands. I have not been able to test despawning pets or tamed animals yet but everything else appeared to be working anyway and i did not mess with the config. I just now did set DespawnVanilla=false since people said you should do that so we shall see. It did keep my changes in the config after entering and leaving the game.
Just a question on the next update where it talks about having to add the extra biomes in the config. Will the config basically be a blank slate that everyone who uses mods like ExtraBiomes will have to add or will you have a default one that is already setup for the most popular mods like ExtraBiomes and if any are missing from a mod of their choice, people can plug those in?
But each time I start the server the "doMobSpawning" rule is set to FALSE. If I set it to TRUE and restart the server, it resets back to FALSE again. If I set it to TRUE, stop the server, delete Mo' Creatures and start the server is stays set to TRUE.
My understanding of how this should work is that by setting the above 3 options, vanilla mob spawning should not be touched at all.
