It worked! I think the Mod called "To Many Items" may not be compadible with this mod, what I did was I deleted everything (Yes I saved my worlds and Texture packs) and I started fresh and added the mods for the Mo Creatures and I loaded the game and I saw an Ostrich! YAY!!!!!!! It worked! Now i have to find a horse.
Actually, i did finally find mah Mods folder... however when i put the CustomMobSpawner 1....zip and the DrZharks MoCreatures....zip into the Mods folder it came up with this Error message when I ran Minecraft.

Hey for some reason, my horses just won't breed. I've put it on easy breeding, and I have tried to feed pumpkins, then go away( way more than 4 blocks), wait 2 days come back, no baby horse... I've also tried the standard half day, standing 5 blocks away, waiting 1 day-night cycle before crossing the 4 block limit, no baby horse... Can anybody help me, please?!

Or not........ .... When you put the CustomMobSpawner and the MoCreatures stuff in the Mods folder, do you keep them as a .zip, or do you expand them to a folder and then put the folder in? (Im using a Mac)

Too Many Items is compatible with Mo' Creatures. You probably need to install Mo' Creatures first.
I put them as a zip anyway.
In your error report I notice something about an error with Forge not loading up or something.
Have you already tried reinstalling that one?
The version of Forge I have and works with Mo Creatures for MC 1.2.5 is 3.1.3.105-Client by the way.
I used the Forge Client that Is in the Download link on the origional topic post, is that one up to date?
Also, i went to the main webpage for Minecraft Forge and, for this mod (I am downloading it for SMP), should i Download the source, or the client? My guess is the client however i dont want to have to redownload minecraft again and better safe than sorry
Hello~! I'm way excited about this mod, but I've installed it by the instructions twice (to make sure there's no error on my part) and now, when I start my game, I get a screen that says "Updating Minecraft" and "Done loading.." and..it stays there indefinitely. :/
It keeps telling me minecraft crashed because this mod is named wrong i am running on a mac osx 10.5.8.

Well this is going to sound dumb; but how does one use mods on a server?
I've gotten everything set up proper in singleplayer; and from what I can tell the process is similar.
-Modloader
-Forge
-GUI
into the minecraft_server.jar, and the mods folder goes... where?
I tried putting copies of the mods folder (containing custom mobspawner, and mo creatures 3.6.2 server) in the folder containing the server jar, as well as in %appdata%/.minecraft.
Yet; the creatures are not appearing on the server so I have quite obviously done something wrong. Server runs fine otherwise.
EDIT!
I found the first issue; I was being dumb. The .bat file I use to launch the server was targeting the exe, not the jar. With that fixed; I now get an error!
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.VerifyError: (class: zz, method: b signatur

at ky.<clinit>(SourceFile:56)
at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.main(MinecraftServer.java:634)
Press any key to continue . . .
Anyone happen to know what this gibberish means?
EDIT EDIT
Issue corrected! All working.
Although, the SMP version is a bit touchy! Can't wait to get the rest of my players back on the server.
This mod made me re-install minecraft four times. That was just installing the mod. Then the fifty billion spamming messages in my chat made me download another version. Forge is great.
