Incredible work on the mod, Dr. Zhark. Thanks for all your time and effort!
Just upgraded from 1.4.7, and I'm excited to see all the various new options in the config files. Unfortunately, I have no idea what the three numbers mean for the mob frequencies. I:Bear <6:1:3>, for instance. Can anyone help me with that?
When I run a server with a this is crashes and says:

Did you install the guiApi 15.5 and the custom mob spawner? You need both of these for it to work.
Maybe you can make a Phoenix.
You can Tame it using a of wand, made of Feather of Phoenix, BlazeRod and Nether Star (Challenge!)
Phoenix can die and turn into ashes and Feather's, ashes can be used to make Phoenix Egg's
With a Bottle Of Glass wil can grab a Phoenix Tear (Cure Potion?)
Well, sorry for my bad english, i am from brazil, Good Bye!
Have you gone through the steps mentioned in the OP? With medallions and such?
Also:
Yes yes, taming is not the issue! It's teleporting them home that is not possible! Every time anyone tries to rope a cat they just wind up picking the thing up, which isn't allowing anyone to use any kind of teleport commands after.
We're also having an ownership crisis! I have turned on ownership for my server but everyone is still able to rope and ride everyone else's tamed animals! I for-see big problems in the near future if I can't get this fixed! Please help!

I'll take a look at it and get it fixed for next update. Thanks for letting us know.
In other news, here is the new entity list output from CustomMobSpawner which will be in our next update :
List contains entities from Grimoire of Gaia 2, MoCreatures, Project Zulu, Twilight Forest and Ars Magica
I compacted our 4 categories into "entity-spawn-settings" due to having to include creature types.
Thoughts? I'm also going to be adding back max spawns in chunk in case a player wants to customize it a bit more.

Will the ownership then take affect on the old tamed animals once this is fixed? I'd hate for some players to have to re-tame or lose some of their rarer pets because the ownership didn't take effect on them after the fix.

I think someone should look into the bounding boxes for the mobs, because some feel a bit too far in front of the mobs themselves.
With zombies you can get close enough to them for a hug before they'll actually hit you, but with some Mo' Creatures mobs (big cats, rats and wild wolves, to name a few) they can rather frustratingly hit you while at a greater distance (usually a bit less than a block or so away) than their hitboxes, which makes it difficult to get close enough to hit them without being hit yourself (because you cannot hit them at the same extra distance). This is made even worse, to dangerous extremes, in multiplayer, where latency makes mobs more dangerous in a similar way to begin with.

pick up the portal gun mod, you can shove critters through the portals.
go through the mods that add extra dimensions and see if there are any dimension ID conflicts, it doesn't look like that but there still could be. Do the same for Biome IDs as well.
Can Someone Please Tell Me How To Download Mods On This Website
it explains it on the first post. there should be a download section with links and instructions. cliick the links for the latest version and it's requirements. (here you need forge guiapi and custommobspawner as well as mo creatures. they are all on the first page.) once on adfly wait till skip ad appears in the top right corner after 5 seconds and click that. save it. make sure you have all requirements. follow the install instructions. it may help to watch a video on how to install the mods you want. and there is no need for such big underlined bold text. please tell me if i helped but in normal sized typing please.

You don't delete the META-INF anymore, only delete the files inside it that start with "mojang". This is explictly mentioned in the installation instructions included with the newer Forge versions.

List looks good.
If you do add "max spawns in chunk", I think the allowable values should be:
-1 = no limit
0 = no mobs
n = user specified limit
Dear DrZhark,
Good morning. I've just recently completed my model for you to have a look at, maybe allow me some criticism.
I've posted a detailed list of an in-depth mob I've constructed for your mod here... http://www.minecraft...0#entry22211740
...on your mob suggestion thread. I hope you'll take a minute to have a look at it.
Thank you,
