That looks great! Will the maps auto select or will it have to be selected by hand by an op or some kind of vote system? Will we be able to choose the next map regardless of vote if there is one (I assume that's what the "Set Map" button is for, but it can't hurt to ask in case my assumption is wrong)? I can't wait to see this in action, I'll have to set up a server for this.
Also, thanks for putting a link to my map list on the first post

Good questions, I should've almost taken the screenshot in lobby mode, would've explained a bit more ;D
Given the current facts that only 1 zombiecraft game session can be run on a whole server, I decided to take a lobby leader / map voting for next match approach.
- User crafts ZC session block
- User sees no game active, clicks Setup Game
- It teleports them on click, they are in physical lobby, they see another session block in the ZC lobby, and click that, has exact same info + showing them they're in lobby
- Now looks like:
- Leader picks first map, does whatever other configuration will be possible
- At this point, other players could see the session block in overworld, and click Join game, it teleports them to the ZC realm into the lobby, is auto added since everyone in the realm is for now 'in lobby' until i need more accuracy on that
- Once ready, if I can get the logic right, they just hit start game and it figures out of the world has to generate the map before actually starting, otherwise I'll have a generate button if things like to get weird, given freedom of admin a generate button for lobby leader only is probably a safe bet.
- When the level reaches game over, ill teleport everyone back to the lobby, and start a map vote countdown
- Players can then click the session block in lobby and vote via a gui similar to what I've shown so far, might change from screenshots still.
I might have to add in a way to vote for a new lobby leader, thats the only potential abuse issue to this design I can think of.
I was originally thinking of map list cycles and such, but it just seemed to clash with the design limitation of 1 zc game session per server too much, also more exploitable.
Oh yeah, I'll probably setup a public ZC server too, I currently have a fairly beefy VPS running a dead ftbish server so I'll split that up into the ZC server and the private FTB one
Ok. Two things I want to know. One, any ETA on an update for weather and tornados? Second, Can someone explain how to properly configure the mod? I can't really seem to figure out what all the options in the config file mean.

Just because I'm new to the forums doesn't mean I don't know nothin'. I'm NOT a no0b! So, don't judge me!
Oops, broke my download links last night, fixed the bug and they download again fine, also Mr_okushama will be putting some of his mods on my site now ;D
Yay! What cool new things are you going to add? I hope you don't mind if I make a few suggestions for features that would make the mod even better:
Signs that could warn you that there is a chance of a storm (by looking at the clouds
Floods and tsunamis
A way to figure out what all the config options mean (like a tool tip) and how to change them (increasing this value causes such and decreasing causes such)
Mobs and NPCs will try to take shelter when a storm occurs
This is all of the suggestions I have for now. I'll post more as I come up with them.

Corosus... Just had to take a moment and say a big thanks from my grandkids and me for all your efforts creating your great mods... Weather and Tornados has been one of our favorites... Hope to see it upgraded if you choose to fit it in...
Thanks again...

Dev update:
Spent most of yesterday working out the logic of new assets system, fixed zombiecraft zip file sound loading, and other sound loading, then went on to redesign how movement speed is dealt with now that 1.6 has an attribute system that manages speed and health and all that, seems to be working now, but the entity speeds and how they scale up are all different in 1.6 so all entities will probably feel a little different in speed, owell! It's a cleaner implementation now and my AI appears to be fully working.
Today hopefully I'll be able to actually get to fixing every broken texture and not get tripped up on learning how to do something new in 1.6.
Zombiecraft Maps!
Hehe yeah.... Fixing that is on my todo list for this nice ZC update I've been putting together.
WIP ZombieCraft Game Session block, everything minus the map listing works so far.
Into the cellar! There's a ternader a'comin!
