I ran minecraft through the console, and here are the error messages that I got:
First, sorry you're having problems getting it to work. Second, thanks for taking the time to detail everything you've done. It helps the community here troubleshoot your issue! :-)
Interesting. The screen cap really helps isolate something that I do differently on my end. I download the mods such as ModLoader and then extract them to one my partitions before dragging them into the minecraft.jar file. In other words, I extract them first, then drag them from Windows file explorer into a 7-zip window of the opened minecraft.jar archive. I do not drag from 7-zip window to 7-zip window. I'm not sure if this makes a difference, but it's one thing I noticed that I do differently since mine works fine. Give it a shot in the name of troubleshooting.

This is the error message that appears immediately after logging in as soon as the black screen appears.
And may be someone more experienced can troubleshoot based on this error?
Using the old version of 7zip i occasionally had issues.. with latest release dragging 7z window to 7z window has never once given me a problem.
He might have an old version or something, as his 7-zip window looks different than mine. His only has the Add, Extract, and Test toolbar buttons. Mine also has Copy, Move, Delete, and Info. But still no clue what version he has.

Just a fast question regarding Mob Spawner. When I select what it spawns, does it make a spawn block? I'm working on an adventure map, but I want only Zombies (because I doubt I can make it work with bandits from Mo Humans, and even then, Mo Humans includes neutrals AND evils, and I need it to be kinda specific.) to spawn, so that I can keep the human-type fight going.

Definately need to use version 9.20 on Windows. The 4.x branch of 7zip never gave me one problem UNLESS i was editing rar or jar files. Then i upgraded to 9.2 and problems went away.

Indeed. I had 4-something of 7-zip, then had weirdness when starting to work with mods, so I upgraded to the 9.2 that I have now. Of course I did a bunch of other troubleshooting along with it, so not sure if that was the problem or not back then.
I keep getting a updating done screen that is almost a full bar and half of it is black. I am on a mac and i am following the instruction properly but it still does it... Can someone please help me out

Please help, It does this with mo's creatures installed, but is fine when I delete the bin.
I have tried 3 or 4 different configurations, with the files, since both the audio mod and mo's creatures have files with no instruction as to where to put them. So I have deleted the audio mod completely thinking that maybe that was the problem but it didn't help.
I don't know how the tilde (~) got in to my command but it erased my computer files. I'm not talking about my minecraft files, I lost them too, I'm talking about everything. Just be aware. I'm glad there was no virus, I don't know about that, it was just one little extra key...
There are manual ways to load mods aren't there? Going into the application support file and unzipping the minecraft.jar? It worked fine for me when I made my own texture pack. Messing with terminal is dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.

For the love of god please help me, I have deleted my bin 4 times today trying to install and reinstall mods. I am trying to install mo's creatures, and the modloader and the audio mod. I will shower you in diamonds and stuff if you stop ignoring me and try to help. No one on either forum is noticing. I will also give you a cake. and 10 internetz. plus a cookie.
To everyone with issues regarding "mod_mocreatures 2.5.2", you fail to read instructions. However did point out a problem related to exception handling.

Not to be rude, but could you put up the files on the thread itself?

It's working for me.
I have a mac and I followed the instructions for loading mods with terminal and one tiny mistake ERASED THE FILES ON MY COMPUTER.
Here's a full description so you don't accidentally do it yourself: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=148017
