Oh man, I forgot about these. ModLoader used to be the main... Well, mod loader. Then Forge became the big thing.

It saddens me to know that tiny.cc/PAIN was taken down. Good thing I have the image saved to my computer.

I missed these mods, and I do find that Forge is a pain. when I get over 20 mods with forge It crashes constantly. Such a shame ); ah when mods were soo much simpler, It made modding so much more fun. and I almost never had a crash with these

Have you tried searching for what mod causes the crash?

When I try accessing the first three FAQs, a white screen pops up saying "Welcome to nginx" and nothing else happens. How do I access the FAQs?

Using Beta 1.7.3 causes this crash. Downgraded to the last version of java 6. Still the same error, caused by modloader alone.

I think that's the error you get by running Modloader with the new launcher. Either get the old launcher or use something like Magic Launcher, I'm pretty sure that still works with older versions and Modloader.

I am using magic launcher. I even did a manual install through minecraft.jar, it magically stopped working when it worked a year ago.

Edit: I Got a preinstalled bin & resources folder of aether 1 v1.02, used the old launcher and works fine

Where did you got such ancient Java version?…

wait wait wait why don't you just get an adfly download so i can get the zip or whatever instead of doing the copy and paste 1.6.2 thing. I read the instructions but it makes absolutely no sense.

Guys, if you have forge on your computer, for god's sake, IT WILL NOT WORK!!!!

Look at the individual Mods (page 1. post 1). At the end of each Mod is "Old Versions". Care to guess what you'll find there?
The answer to any question for any Mod can usually be answered by carefully and completely reading page 1, post 1, of the Mod's thread.
