Ok, I installed all of these insane things, they messed up my Minecraft, and now I get stuck on a page that says,
"Updating Minecraft
Done Loading"
with a green bar that's almost full. This happens right after I login. I have Mac OS X version 10.6.6 and Minecraft Beta. Can anyone help?

Go to finder: username (example: Bob's Mac): library: application support: minecarft: bin: and there should be a document called 'version' put that in the trash. Run minecraft and enjoy!

do you know what caused this or how i could fix it?
I also have a question about elemental arrows and their use. If you fire your bow and have multiple types of arrows which one is fired. It seems random to me but I wanted to see if anyone knew.
Now here's an error report I didn't expect to be giving...
You've got an infinite recursion problem where hc.a calls hc.b, which calls hc.a. I'm not sure under which conditions, but it's possible, and it caused a stack overflow error. Error log:

Judging by the decompiled version of the original hc.class and yours, it doesn't appear that you've changed either function. However, I figured it would be best to post a bug report here first, in case you're changing something else that could affect this.
Edit: Just to clarify, ModLoader is the mod which modified hc.class.
Edit 2: I've just confirmed that the same thing happens in vanilla Minecraft, so you can forget about this; it's a problem in the save file and the official version of Minecraft. I'll report it to Mojang.
My game crashes after installing audiomod. It may have to do with the fact that I didn't know where to put the files in the IBXM folder so I put them in paulscode. I installed all the other things where they should be. Can I get help with where to put IBXM?
EDIT: As an experiment, I dragged the IBXM folder into the bin folder and put it there, and it runs now that I deleted the files from it that were in paulscode, but I accidentally put some class files from it in the normal bin, and it doesn't have any sound, so I'll clean that up right now.
EDIT 2: Cleaned the IBXM class files out of the bin folder, still no dice. If I try to turn the sound on my minecraft it crashes.
Yes, I know, my mistake probably makes me look retarded and is obvious to you, but I on the other hand am a newbie at modding any of my games really. Instead of just criticizing my stupid mistake, could you clarify what I should do about my shoddy file structure?

It makes you look retarded. Yes, and it is obvious. But it has nothing to do with modding games. When you extract an archive that has a tool inside, do you change around the folders, move all the .dlls to the root directory, or do you leave them in tact? You leave them in tact, unless the instructions specifically state otherwise. Why should it be any different for anything else? You put the files into minecraft.jar, you don't change the folder structure. At all.
By installing a modloader mod... And BTW, what is your PSN? I own a PS3 too.
Hehe, my psn is Krondelo. feel free to add me.
And honestly, I don't understand how to use modloader.. do you just put files in .jar as usual?

Make sure that you have deleted all the META_INF files
