Other than that, its good for people who have HUGE monitors and such, makes it so everything is huge and hard to work with. :smile.gif:
Yeah :biggrin.gif:
I want to mess around with the code so there could be an options menu to select which windows to resize.
Like if you want the inventory window resized, but on the gui, then you go to the options and change it from there.
Would be a task, but I will work on it sometime.

Hi,
Just dowloaded the stop resize mod thingy.
How do i install it?
Cheers
This isn't compatible with the newest version of Minecraft.. yet.
I'm going to make it compatible, then I'm getting back on my work.
Just hang in there.

Does this UI mod include the Day/Night switch as well? You mention it in the known bugs section and another forum thread about the Day/Night switch redirects to this thread.
I followed all of the directions, copied the class file into the minecraft compressed file, but no switch with Ctrl-MouseWheel. Am I missing something? Thanks.
I did not include the time thing with the ui resize.
I had the mod before, but decided to discontinue it because Seronis had made a better one (upon asking me, which I allowed) and you can see it at the following link: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=54593#time

No problem, and thank you very much for including those links! You'd be surprised how bad Googling for this specific daylight mod can be, so that saved me a ton of time. :smile.gif:
EDIT: For those Googling this, looks like it needs the SettingsAPI in addition to the ModLoader listed.

This is a very welcome mod and thank you.
I have a problem with it though, my (older) eyes find it very difficult to see the in-game inventory/crafting
menus at the very small size, so I'd like to make a request.
As (I think) MC has three sizes of UI: too big :smile.gif:, medium and small, I was wondering if you could make
a version that either freezes the UI at the middle size or just changes between the middle and smaller
sizes?
No problem!

Thanks. :smile.gif:
On another note, it looks like the Celestial Dial also needed the SettingsAPI in addition to the ModLoader you linked. I was getting a black screen without it, so poured over the description/post about it and found the magic words saying it needed the SettingsAPI.

My eyes would forever thank you.
Heh, my mod just is a simple no ui resize. Keeps it at the original setting.
If you would like to customize how big your ui is, then check out Seronis' ui resizing mod. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=54593#ui

Update this as soon as possible please !
Many thanks !
Woah there, slow down a bit. The update just went live an hour ago. Give these guys some time to breathe before you start pushing them to update mods.
Believe me, I have mods I'm waiting on as well. However, as a mod user I accept that it's going to be a day or so before I start seeing updates. You should too.
Then you're doing something wrong, such as looking in the wrong place or adding mods to a file that already has mods. Go back again and follow all directions.
I downloaded a fresh copy of Minecraft, went in the minecraft.jar in the "bin" folder in Application Data --> .minecraft (I'm using Windows XP) And still nothing.
EDIT: Even without deleting the META-INF folder in the jar, it works (doesnt resize the ui)
How did you go "in the minecraft.jar" file? What app are you using to open that archive? A fresh copy of Minecraft WILL have a META-INF folder in the minecraft.jar file.

From past experience, it does matter what archiving program you use. I used to use IZArc to patch in mods, but it doesn't work. When i tried my luck with winRAR, it does work. So, it does matter on the program. (at least for me, it does)

It requires Risugami's mod loader. Here's the link:

Updated.
I assure you, it works fine :smile.gif:

Mac OS X, and the only other mod I've got installed is BetterLight/Simple Map.
