Could you please have a registration system that disallows "newly spawned/tree punchers" from posting in the real forums. Their should be a section on the forum where they can raise their post count once every 30 minutes. This would likely be inconvenient for most new users, and I apologize for that, but how else are we going to filter out spam-name advertisers who continually post inappropriate content, not to mention in the sections most used by the average user.
Even having an e-mail sent to confirm account activation would reduce the flow of spam. Perhaps up to 5 e-mails would be sent?
