wow really? Put this in a help fourm and maybe someone will tell you. But since i am nice, I will tell you. go to http://mcp.ocean-labs.de/index.php/MCP_Releases. Now download the most recent one. Open it up, and open the jars folder. Now copy the "Bin" and "resources" from your .minecraft and paste them in there. Now for a server side mod also paste the minecraft_server.jar into the jars folder too. Now go back into the main folder and open "decompile". once done open "src", minecraft ( or minecraft_server for server mod) and click "net" and then "minecraft" and finally "src". Now edit those files and when your done go back to the main file and run "recompile" then "reobfuscate". To test run "startclient" (or "startserver" for server mod). Now for the finished files all yo do is open the "reobf" folder and open "minecraft" (or minecraft_server for server mod) and copy all the files in there and walla! Theres your mod!
