Hmm. Rather than give you an idea to build, I'm going to supply you with some map-making skills. Here goes:
The most interesting ideas are always built with inspiration from real life. What adventures do you remember loving? That's a good place to start.
The designers at Nintendo typically start with a sense of how the game should feel or some gimmick of gameplay that they then set as the core of a new game (this is how Super Mario Odyssey's cap-throwing core came about, for example). What do you want to accomplish with this map?
Any good map will take time. Always have it on your mind when you're not actually working on it and ideas will come to you. Write them down.
On that note, you must section your efforts into pieces. Overloading yourself and then taking massive amounts of time off is a sure way to start things and never finish them, so find a good way to spread yourself out.
Motivation to keep creating is not always easy to come by. Set up some method of reward for progress and completion to help you along. For me, making videos on my YouTube channel has done a swell job at this. Having the constant support of others is very helpful.
Start small. My first map did not work perfectly, but I was proud of it. Then, I started again with a new idea and used my new skills to make it better. If you want to be in this community, realize that it requires long-term investment.
Play others' maps! Many times they bring inspiration. Don't plagiarize them, but you are definitely free to examine the concept behind their map and follow that train of thought to one you make yourself.
For those maps you do play, give feedback. I've really enjoyed when people tell me how I did (both the good and the bad; as long as it's done right, super helpful), so try starting with that. Remember, map-making is something of a hobby-career hybrid; long term. Start where you can to get into the community.
Experiment! If you haven't tried something before, maybe it will help you in a way you never knew you needed. Spend the time to figure it out.
And, keep asking questions. You may have gotten more than you asked for in this post, but if you stay in this community, you are bound to learn from the people here.
Good luck, and I hope to see you again!
tl;dr You should get your own ideas, but here are a lot of ways to do so.
