Well lately since the beginning of the quarantine, I have been playing a lot of CTM maps and I have noticed that there are hardly any good large CTM maps (like Ragecraft and Simulation Protocol trilogies). So I began to think and think, and I began to make concepts of a map with the theme of Dante Alighieri's book "The Divine Comedy".
I have spent the last 2 days creating an advanced concept with several things that are most faithful to the book, but there are many things that I could not do because my experience making commands is relatively poor, that is, creating items with lore and custom names, and place items in armor invincible stands so people can grab them. But I wish I could do other things like doors that unlock with special items, an ability that shows hostile mobs and nearby chests etc etc ...
So I would like you to help me create both the commands and some of the decoration and construction of the huge map. If you could make the typical command boxes or give me some support to create the special mechanics, I would be very grateful
well now some details of the mechanics, the special items and the map in general:
I have been thinking of creating some special items that, besides being useful, are powerful by means of commands, the items that I was thinking would be several, but they could change if the map needs some valance adjustments. The items would be something like the following:
- Creator's Fury: A bow that by keeping it twisted you will be suspended in midair. and when you shoot it it will leave a trail that explodes and places wither I on all those who are hit by the explosion
-Behemoth's Onslaught: A shield that upon taking damage, gives strength and resistance to the wearer. but by lowering life to less than half this effect is doubled
Things like that I was thinking OP for late game, I mean, saying 8th and 9th mobs can literally kill you 3 hits if you are not equipped with p4 diamond armor
I keep thinking about mechanics but for now dont have any one
I am creating the map from the center out, creating the difficult circles first and then lowering the level.
The Circles are 9 in total but if we count that there are intermediate points in which there are things in hell like rivers, etc. they give a total of 16 including the entrance to hell itself.
If someone wants to help with the commands you can send useful things to this email and to follow the progress of the map I leave the trello too
