Hey Guys, I'm currently making a full clone of Animal Crossing in Minecraft. I'm already quite far but I'm missing some features which I really don't want to exclude from the game. Tips and proposals welcome!!
What is working:
Completely random map (including houses, trees, and even the river and city tree are randomized) chosen in the intro sequence
if you don't like the map, a new one will be generated
different tree models and game mechanics -> three fruits can be harvested and respawn after time
Peach tree (island)
Coconut (island)Trees can be cut down and placed in other spaces
I've solved this by having the actual inner house in some other space than in the visible world
What needs to be done:
I can't come up with a good AC like fishing concept
Some minor Gameplay mechanics (house update, etc.)
The SHopping street is not touched yet
Relationship to different villagers (influencing the dialog options)
If I missed something out please leaf a comment, also if you have ideas or if you know how to implement a AC like fishing system!
