That is there to warn you about life affinity. Become too atune to life magic, and you'll get the "Pacifistic" effect. Kill something living with this effect, and you get weakness and nausea. I've seen many forget about affinity's, so I put that there as a reminder and warning.

But if you're healing yourself, that means you're using self-sacrifice runes, in which case you'd be fine.
Yes, but this warning is for "After". It quickly becomes annoying when a zombie hoard invades your mine from a dark cave, and you get weak when you kill one.

Did you resolve the issue with summoning the water guardian?
You'll need to use one of the biome changing methods to summon him. I summoned him a few days ago using a ritual of Gaia's transformation and three blocks of ice.

Without the sky matrix recipe, I can't make the infusion altar to make a greatwood sapling for a greatwood wand. The runic matrix requires 40 Ordo, which you can't get with an iron wand. Guess I'll just cheat one in I suppose.

You'll find that I might have added a hidden chest with every book from every mod inside(From the lexicon botanica to the thaumonomocon). Where you ask? Look to the sky(Block) a few hundred blocks out from the island.(It should just be visible in the distance)

No, I would take any mods out. I think the errors your seeing are ars magica conflicting with itself(Normal) and pam's harvest ft being overwritten by hunger overhaul(Again, normal).

There are hidden aura nodes right? Because none of the random ones I got have Ordo, Guess I'll have to rely on an ars magica wand or something.

I didn't realize ordo was as rare as it was until after making the map and releasing it. I'd say your best be for ordo early on is aspect orbs, and you can get them from zombie pigmen quite quickly.

This is an excellent map, you did a great job with it. I backdated from my 1.7 mods for this, and I haven't yet been disappointed. So far, I'm on the emerald quest (but, I used that bookshelf quest reward, some iron and sticks to create my Thaumonomicon before I finished the vanilla quest line.)

Witchery has updated, but I want to add a few quests to go with the update. Considering I may need to scrap a few reward bags, quest rewards, and quests for the next AM2 update(Not to mention moving to the latest HQM version) it will be easiest to do it all at once over a day or two.
