I am using 1.8. The only problem with the replacing barrier blocks is that the block needs to change back into a barrier block after the player walks away from it.
The one thing that really urks me about maps is, Punch Bow skeletons in areas with water/ Scaffolds, it's a nightmare to get things done.
So i have Community Question for you guys!
CC: What mobs do you hate the most to deal with in CTM Maps. Custom or non-custom.
Non custom: Too many skeletons in early game, and by early game, i mean until you are able to get a bow yourself.
Custom: Punch bow skeletons over void, lava, etc.
Baby zombie spawners (I'm not sure if this is a custom spawner thing or not) because baby zombies are extremely dumb, having same health and damage but higher speed and an impossible to hit hitbox
...but it just didn't work. With the first command the arrow is "replaced" with fireball, but with this command ExpBottle is summoned every tick or what until the potion hit the ground.
Have I done something wrong or it's just not possible to do that? Thanks you in advance for your responses.

I was trying some testfor commands and stuff, but it doesn't work. Can you write me any spesific command, please? (Or anybody from the community who know how to do it) Thanks!
This may not be the right place to ask, but you guys are good nice builders. Does anybody have a download of Worldedit with the Terraforming took it and build commands installed ? I can't seem to get it running properly (as I can't install it..) So if anybody has it with those add-ons could you send me a download link in PMs ? I'd really appreciate it !
I think people would sort of ignore it. Most people when they want to read lore go to lore books.
Anways, I'm close to the top of the page (dangit kacper :p) so I thought I should post a pic of my monument area for CM4

But I'm not really sure if the color palette is unique or an eyesore. The colored beacons also really not that fitting with the color of the area IMHO, while I realize that this is a monument area :/

I'm now doing the whole process of making an area totally in-game, the only times I use MCEdit is to change biomes or replace some blocks to static lava.

I was working on my Mini CTM and wanted to use this command(s) to something unique: (you might recognize it from Sethbling's "Ghast Bow" video)
/execute @e[type=Arrow] ~ ~ ~ /summon Fireball ~ ~ ~ {direction:[],ExplosionPower:1}
It basicly allows you to shoot fireballs from your bow instead of arrows.
I wanted to use it for XPbottle throwing witches...
/execute @e[type=ThrownPotion] ~ ~ ~ /summon ThrownExpBottle ~ ~ ~

I was thinking about that, but I don't know how to kill it when the XP Bottle is summnoed. Can I gently ask you about that?

You've got few mistakes in the command (correct = /execute @e[type=ThrownExpBottle] ~ ~ ~ /kill @e[type=ThrownPotion,r=1] )
It works! The Exp Bottle isn't actually "flying" like the potion would do, it just splashes on the ground, but I'm happy with it!

I know that Crazy_Clamp used it in his jam map once or twice.
Haven't really played any maps in about 1.5 year, thought it was a nice thing though. So do people like it or nah.

I don't think the solid glowstone looks good, perhaps intersperse it with the hardened clay and some lamp posts on the path might look nice

I took inHaze's script and put my cartesian equation in for an ellipsoid with some carefully tuned sine waves.
The basic equation:
x^2/a+z^2/b+y^2/c<1 if this condition is met then the block is placed at given coordinates.
a=(t*sin((+x-y+z*)/m-r)+xS)^2
b=(t*sin((+x+y-z*)/m+r)+zS)^2
c=(t*sin((-x+y+z*)/m+r)+yS)^2
parameters:
t: the thickness of the furface modulation
m: modifies the 1/frequency of the sine wave, bigger value->smoother surface
r:random number between 0 and 2pi
xS,zS,yS: the radiuses of the ellipsoid
* The sign of x y z are randomly renerated also for more variety.
