Here is the final part of my playthrough/review of Sahara Prison Escape. Thanks to MarkSmir for sending me the map!
Here is the review:

Map name: The Tower: An Exercise in Futility Map Creator: Azaraphale15 Map Genre: Adventure Map Length: Medium to Long # of players: 1+ Additional info: It is a survival horror map. You can't break blocks, and it is mostly adventure, the only difference being that you have to search out story bits and figure out whats going on. Also, I am getting some complaints about it being too dark, so please turn your brightness all the way up, while I work on adding a few more lights. Map Link:http://www.minecraft.../#entry19530506
I played your map, and unfortunately I found it quite boring. During the let's play not too many things happened and it all resulted in un-watchable content. If I were to post these no one would watch them because for the first three episodes I am just stumbling around not knowing what to do. I wasn't able to finish it because I had become angry and rage quit so there will be no review. Sorry :/

Thanks I hope you like it...I was taking a few snapshots so I'll add those to my WIP file because as of now it's still a WIP until someone completes it and tells me how it is. I edited my previous post with the WIP link.

I seemed to have spawned in a desert and I do not know where the map starts

There should be a brick building...I didn't really set a spawn cause 1, I'm not sure how and 2, I though you would spawn where I did and that was in a forest near the desert...I need to fix that, tell me once your done and I will. Find the brick building beneath the large lava mountain. Go to the dock first then into the building.

Did you read the main post/description? Did you try and press any of the buttons on the computers as indicated by the signs on the computers? did you leave the first floor? Did you notice the giant iron door that is unique to that floor and think that maybe that had something to do with the map? What was your thought process? Were the mobs too hard, or did you play on peaceful? Did you try anything on the second floor? Did you expect signs to tell you exactly what to do?
Sorry if this is a little much, but I have failed map here, that I put a solid 2 months of work (spread out over half a year.) in, and absolutely no one has been able to even get close to figuring the map out, so I need your thought process so I can figure out where exactly I went wrong. Was it just too nonlinear?

Hello everyone, this is Azaraphale14, I locked my account out on accident, so this is a replacement.
It's late now, but tomorrow....I already see many things I can improve on...maybe I was a bit hasty to release it so soon. Still tell me how you like it, but tomorrow I'll add in tracks to make distances shorter and set the spawn as well. Thanks for your patience.

I read everything on the posts, I was a little confused at first because I spawned in a room and there were no "Welcome to this custom map" so I wasn't sure if I was in the right place and also I spawned in creative mode. I searched around and found some books and such about these two guys fighting but that's about it. I found the elevator shaft. During the map I was like "Where am I? Am I supposed to be here? Why am I here? How come at the highest brightness setting it is STILL dark? Am I going the right way? Was I supposed to do that? Why aren't there any signs telling me what I have to do and if I did something correctly? How many followers do I have now? Why won't these mobs die? WHEN WILL THIS MAP END?" I realize that you spent alot of time on this map, but sadly it just isn't too enjoyable and leaves players puzzled or bored. I wish the map was more linear. Sorry but this map was just not a very fun map.
Good news! The Arena has been fully completed. Again, bring some friends along, this does get difficult towards the end. The info has been completed on my original post. Just some tips, though. When there's really long dialog in the chat, scroll up to the unread parts, and go down from there. One conversation is particularly long. The map itself won't be too long to complete, although it does get a bit challenging. Hope you have fun on it. http://www.mediafire.com/?j61bmzmk7dloct2

One does not simply hate on pizza with me around, and leave with their dignity still intact.

Okay. I think I'll just get it completely finished, though, while you do everyone else's.
Sounds good.

I hope so. Lemme know if there's any room for improvement, gameplay wise. Also, hunt for easter eggs!
