Jcdesimp, did you watch Chimneyswift's video on Spatial Distortion where Chim jumped from the care package into the water, but a tree grew before he hit the water? (even if you didn't that probably gave it away...) If you were to do a survival aspect in your map, you should make a similar hill and put water under it with a sapling (maybe a sign too.)
Anyway, just a suggestion, it's totally your decision though.
I'll whip up a little something for you, then. Once I've cleaned it up and edited it a little, you can have the first little bit of my new map.

Hey I would like to post my map but since I am not home I won't be able to do this until 5-6 days. My map could be used for a checkpoint and restoration since it is a house with everything needed (bedroom, trash, farm, cobble gen, workshop(enchantment, workbench brewing) mob farm, monster farm) I will MAYBE soon do an adventure-parkour map. I've decided to take a new approach in creating Spatial Distortion 2. To make gameplay more fun and interesting it will be playable exclusively on my minecraft server, CANVAS. Recommended Part: It's pretty small (entire map is 50 X 50 X 128), hence the name Cramped, so maybe the whole thing. If it's too big, use either the aboveground area or dungeon 4. Feel free to edit.
