As of July 15, 2014, Adventure Lobbies has SHUT DOWN. It had a good run, but go to Join Lobbies to hook up (not in THAT way) with other people in the minecraft community,as well as several other games too,to play games together. Although hosting isnt provided at this time,if you have your own server you can find other people to play with. Go check it out!

This thread been dead but I thought I'd say something. I was there when adventure lobbies still had karma currencey. I was able to get the bronze donator perk before karma went away. I had some awesome friends like Lingh(who disappeared after announcing that he/she was working on a map) and AngryGamer and Sofie and Jamie (which i still hanged out when adv. lob went down but the server did shut down) and even met GeekaPlaya himself when he was making sure the lobbies were okay. The site shut down one day and thought it's probably maintenance and of chorse the community was slowly falling but it wasn't too big a deal for me.
After months came Join Lobbies, something new and it was bad. I had lost my account which ticked me off. What really made me sad was the disappearance of the forums. They were gone and that was one of the things that kept me going. (Besides playing minecraft maps with some pals.) Plus you had to wait before you could get into a lobby. That made me to just simply give up. What happened? What happened to hanging with friends on the forums then go play a mc map? What happened to that?
COME ON EVEN ADVENTURE MAPS IS DOING BETTER THAN YOU GUYS!
