I just wanna say that I traveled through the tunnels underneath the island for over an hour and I didn't find any damn treasure. I destroyed the skeleton and zombie spawners, crossed several lava and water flows, walked about 5000 kilometers and put down about 1000 torches and still no treasure :sad.gif:
I must say, if those tunnels aren't natural (they don't seem completely natural, especially all the random diamond and gold :tongue.gif:) you did a fine job sir. Maybe I will try my luck again tomorrow.
Ok, here's a silly question: one of the rules are "Don't leave the island"
now this gets stretched a bit given the caves underground extend beyond the island.
What about the Nether? Part of me says yes the other part says no. Opinions?
I tried this map and liked it, also tried Creeper Mountain, hoping for a similar experience. It was, in fact a little TOO similar. From the skeleton dungeon on, it was pretty much a direct copy from your map. Even had the same "Treasure of the Lost Curator" and bonus challenge signs in it. Between the two, I much prefer your map for the survival experience.
found the treasure... i was scared because i saw glass and thought it was a trap..? i looked around and saw the switch and started freaking out :tongue.gif: no worries though, oh also i almost got blown up by a creeper twice on my way to my base >.<
