Dr. Alphys' Puzzle, from the game Undertale by Toby Fox, is a simple-looking tile puzzle with intentionally complicated rules. In this first-person re-creation, you must make your way from the Start Tile to a Finish Tile in 25 custom-made puzzles. You can even race up to 3 of your friends head-to-head to see who can solve each puzzle the fastest! Fight monsters, avoid piranhas, get electrocuted, and challenge your brain in Dr. Alphys' Puzzle!
This map also includes a level editor, so you can design and share your own puzzles!

Don't step on the Yellow Tiles!
If you smell like oranges and walk on a Blue Tile, the piranhas will bite you.
If you step on a Green Tile, you have to fight a monster.

Here are some of the 25 levels:
I've even included Mettaton's Puzzle, the only truly playable one of Dr. Alphys' puzzles in Undertale.
Rules:
As explained by Papyrus in Undertale:
Each color has a different function!
Red tiles are impassible! You cannot walk on them!
Yellow tiles are electric! They will electrocute you!
Green tiles are alarm tiles! If you step on them, you will have to fight a monster!
Orange tiles are orange-scented. They will make you smell delicious!
Blue tiles are water tiles. Swim through if you like, but if you smell like oranges, the piranhas will bite you. Also, if a blue tile is next to a yellow tile, the water will also zap you!
Purple tiles are slippery! You will slide to the next tile! However, the slippery soap smells like lemons, which piranhas do not like! Purple and blue are OK!
Finally, pink tiles. They don't do anything. Step on them all you like.
Two technical tiles for this re-creation:
White tiles are start points! Each player starts at a different start point.
Black tiles are exit tiles! Step on one to complete the puzzle!
This is really nicely made, it's a lot of fun to get to try and actually solve this puzzle. I was a little disappointed that you don't really get to do that in Undertale. My only complaint is that it could be a lot prettier. I hope this map gets more attention, but maybe there's just not a lot of Undertale fans here.

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. I've never been good with aesthetics, so I just made this map as clean-looking as I could. I think that suffices for a small puzzle map, though if it had some scenery from Undertale it certainly would have looked better.
And I felt the same way about the puzzle not being fully used in Undertale, especially since all the tiles were programmed and functional. That's why I built it in Minecraft!

I love this map! Started a playthrough of it. I'll post the video here. I found a bug (or many) while trying 1v1 though, which is what I did in the video. At some point, both players are teleported to each other and recieve non-stop lightning and zombies, while being stuck in a barrier block cage. Nonetheless, it was great fun to play, and I hope to make a next episode when that multiplayer bug is fixed.
Oh wow, I didn't realize that multiplayer was so horribly broken! I wasn't able to test it out very well on my own. I'll try to fix it as best as I can, and maybe I can find someone else to help me test it. The single-player works great though, I promise!
I have to admit though, that was the funniest thing I've seen in a while, watching your reactions to my failure. I hope I can get it fixed to see Episode 2!

LOL that is fine. It was all great fun, and the map is really, really well done, even with the glitches. I was thinking of the fact that multiplayer maybe would've been hard to test, especially when you don't have someone to test it with. Glad you enjoyed the video lol. Please inform me of a future update and I'll be right on it.

I think I've fixed multiplayer, but I haven't been able to test it yet. I updated the download link in the original post. Do you think you'd be able to try it out some time and tell me how it goes?

Surely! I'll record it with ninja probably in the next week.

So... I did record episode two of the series with ninja. The video will be out around tomorrow. It was pretty fun. Let's just say the map isn't really fixed for multiplayer, but it made another hilarious episode. I'll post it here when I'll have it on YouTube.

It still doesn't work? That's disappointing, though I guess not so surprising since I wasn't able to properly test it before giving it to you. Is it as bad as before, or is it at least playable?

It is I think a little bit better, but still very similar. Here's the playthrough, part 2! :

I'm really sorry about this! I thought I might have fixed it, but I didn't have any way to test multiplayer and the single player worked perfectly. I went through the command blocks and tried to fix everything that could cause one player to be teleported to another player, but obviously I missed something. If you do want to keep helping me then I can attempt another round of bug fixes, but I wouldn't blame you if you're getting tired of this map. Either way, thank you for giving it another shot!

THIS IS AMAZING.
Well done! Stained clay may look nicer, but I think it's fine as-is.

Thanks! I decided not to use stained clay because some of the colors are too similar. Pink and orange look like red, and blue looks like purple.

well, here's a better question.
do you wanna have a bad time?
'cause if you take another step forward...
you are REALLY not going to like what happens next.
