Rail World is a collection of Minecart Puzzles, like the one found in my other map called The Temple Master. If you do not know what a Minecart Puzzle is, I will explain. A Minecart Puzzle takes place below a glass floor where there are railway paths. The objective is to guide your minecart through a series of paths avoiding lava and dangers to the goal (usually diamond blocks). You can control the path of the cart by flipping switches on top of the track that change the direction of the cart. Think of pinball but in Minecraft and on rails .
Features:
1. Robust design, the puzzles are designed to be abused so don't worry if you flip the wrong switch!
2. Auto reset design, if you mess up you can right click a sign to remove your cart.
3. Progress Tracking, your progress is saved and lamps light up as you complete the puzzles.
4. Many many hours of fun trying to figure out and simulate in your mind how the cart will go

Here is what the puzzle rooms look like:
The main hallway:
Download the Server Version, open up the folder and click on the RUN
file. Open up minecraft, go to multiplayer, then direct connect and type
127.0.0.1 in the box to play!
The Server Version works with Minecraft 1.4.7 or higher.
The server version has been discontinued due to low downloads.

I like this idea. its unique! i already played it to B section but i saw you haven't made the B-1 and B-3 and after the B section gate. there wasn't anything
so im gonna take that as a WIP (work in progress).
In response to your feedback BlueWolf9 I have released version 1.2 of the map that adds 2 new puzzles, fixes creative mode, adds a new mechanic using water to puzzles (to change the blocks) and explains what the diamond blocks do and how they are the 'goal'
If you liked A3 puzzle try the new B1 which is quite hard, you have multiple paths for the 1st time and have to work towards multiple goals!
Now you can grab version 1.2 at the OP and as usual theres 2 versions, Vanilla and Server. Vanilla is the map you can just drop in your /saves/ folder to play, Server is a executable that you click RUN to play and connect to 127.0.0.1 . As always the server map is backwards compatible with minecraft all the way back to 1.4.7 so don't worry if the new launcher does not work or for some reason can't play new minecraft!

Yes, of course i beat it.. quite easily actually because you made the shortcut too obvious (well atleast for me) even though at the start i was thinking hard. but then i noticed the shortcut.
In the puzzle with the water dam if you see the pistons bugged hit the reset progress button and it will fix it or run a minecart over the red deactivate rail.
Works in 1.8, 1.9, 1.10 and 1.11!

Rail World 1.3 has been released with 3 new puzzles!
Has anyone been able to beat the timer puzzle or should I increase the time limit?
The puzzle is made so if you take the shortest routes possible it is possible.

Adding another special puzzle like the one with the water dam.
The insides of a minecart puzzle look alot like a pinball machine!

Also forgot that in certain puzzles the activator rails have a slight delay but all delays are made so they don't get in the way of finishing the map.

Version 1.4 has been released, it fixes puzzle C-1 where a switch was missing somehow.
As usual backwards compatibility with up to Minecraft 1.4.7 remains.
Version 1.4 fixes lag issues too!
