I think I might know your issue, and I've fixed it.

I'd play the map, but I don't know crap about modding the game. I'm sure you did a great job though.

Thanks mate, but there really isn't anything tough to installing this map, you just download atlauncher which automatically installs the mods FOR you, hassle free!
