I'm having problems accessing the wools. I could get into Lime just fine but when I try to enter Light Blue or Orange by standing on the stone nothing happens.

I expect that you tried orange, nothing happened, then you tried blue. Only one of those events is a bug by the way, the other is intended. I'll look into it thanks.
Got into the orange wool (the log cabin) and when I got to the part with the wither arrows, the hint seems to not show for that part. When I click the observe option, it says that I'm in I1 and the hint did not specify about this part. Is this intended or is this a bug?
EDIT: Also, this doesn't seems to make sense :/
ANOTHER EDIT: I apparently did not know the meaning of "several"
I came from your old thread and downloaded this (1.0) from the previous one (0.3) and I noticed something not working. When you spawn and walk forward, then get teleported to the room with the lava floor, once you jump in it won't teleport you down to the next level. Instead, you just hit the lava and die. Also, there is a block missing in the roof of the lava room. Thanks!

And I remember why that is. Funny story. That coal block, i couldn't access without disabling the timer that teleported you down. Guess what i forgot to re-enable. :p, v1.0.1 coming out (is out now)

That may be a bug. I just looked at 2 command blocks and if you try orange then go try something else, the hint book will think you're somewhere else. If that's not the case, the color of the description will tell you what the hint is for. Orange for the orange wool, dark blue for intersection 1 (or the blue wool when you get there) and white for the white wool (which is where the bug made it think you were)

You may want to try updating (and just get back to where you were in like 5 minutes), i think i got rid of all of the bugs but there are one or two in the middle that could mess with you. Also, in the version you're playing, i think the very last timer is turned off so there's no way to get to the credits, you can get to right before them (also that light blue not staring thing is fixed, yes it was a bug)
Iv'e gotten the first 4 wools, Not entirely sure how the orange one worked but hey. How do I get to the next intersection? I've gone through the light blue path 4 times already and the other 2 twice. I think it might be broken. Thanks in advance.
on the pink wool, past the explosive maze, when it says come back in a week, the solution says to click a clock on the wall, yet there is no clock anywhere in the room

There is a problem in Minecraft where if you die near some types of entities (including armor stands, villagers, and item frames) the entity will disappear. It should reappear if you try logging out and back in a few times. I'll look into if anything would have gotten rid of it in the meantime.
ummm, I am trying to get to the second intersection. I used the solution, and went through that area many times, trying different things. then I tried to use the full solution, which gave me 25 points, but nothing in chat. I don't know if that was intentional, but as far as I know, the full solution should explain what the solution doesn't.
help please?
also, just an idea, for cases where people can't figure out the full solution, you should have a 1-time-use skip area for 200 points

I see the problem, the full solution's text uses quotation marks and when i used a filter to make the command block, it didn't escape sequence them so it was giving an error. I'll fix that, put it in the next update, and message you what you should have gotten from that solution.
Also, to your second point, check page 3 of the hint book, but i don't think it works for intersections (I'll make it work next). (You even got the cost right)

Use the hint book in an intersection and that will give you hints/solution to get to the next intersection. In version 1.0.5, the full solution to intersection 2 is broken, but in 1.0.6 it works and the tp to wool will bring you straight to the intersection.

Version 1.1 is out, after seeing people handle the first intersection, I've made it a bit easier. Pretty much all bugs should be fixed by now, the only main one left is a Minecraft problem causing entities to go invisible when you die.

You had a problem with orange because you cheated, Admittedly there was a bug not letting you use the hint book but you never used it at a time when it would've been helpful. Also, you don't actually need the wool blocks, taking them out of their respective chest marks you as having it so cheating it in does nothing and losing it after you got it correctly won't be bad.

Weird, there must have been some copy and paste error, the last line of that solution is the answer.
Update: I've fixed both of those issues, they are fixed in the current download now

Started playing this a few days ago, and man is it confusing! So far I'm having fun but I could see this getting very frustrating
